I COMPLETELY agree that all official reports state that JPC never met KC prior to Caylee's conception or birth. The CONFUSSING thing is that Caylee is the spitting image of him! So MANY lies! Which are true and which are true lies?

I will concede that Caylee does seem to look like him. Just a freak thing.

Wouldn't it be possible for LE to get DNA from the deceased Man's family and check their DNA against Caylees to see if they are telling the truth? I know, far fetched, but it's a thought.

The family would have to consent to having their DNA collected. I haven't seen *yet* where the paternity of Caylee has anything to do with her death or the trial of KC.

I do understand that people are curious and want to know. I never understood the level of anger expressed by some (not just here but elsewhere on the internet) about how the A family refuses to answer to the media, and to those of us that follow this case, about who Caylee's father is or is not.

As an aside, I have a child that is 29 years old. I was unmarried when I gave birth to her. My Mother and my Father and my Brother (and my Husband) know the name of her father (she does too). He chose not to be a part of her life. I do not disclose to anyone who her Father is, because to put it very bluntly, it's no one's business. That's just the way I see it.

As for that young man's death certificate being in the doc dump, my assumption was that LE was yet chasing down another fabrication to show that KC lies through her teeth at every opportunity.

I think Caylee does indeed bear a striking resemblance to JPC even after trying to push the power-of-suggestion theory aside. However, it's been established by multiple sources that they did not meet until two years after conception, So obviously, it's impossible that JPC is the father.

My ex-husband had a young daughter at the time we were married. She was very petite, with brown hair and blue eyes, just like me. All the time in restaurants, etc. people would say things like "Oh, you look just like your mom!", of course not knowing that I'm NOT her mom. It just so happens that my ex's first wife was also petite with dark hair and light eyes...he obviously had a "type" and I think that's all you are seeing here....If anyone really tried, you could find pictures of a hundred men in Orlando who look as much like Caylee as JPC...

As for Eric, I'm betting he's also not the dad...just another KC manipulation to avoid revealing the real father's identity...possibly because he was married, possibly because she wanted nothing to do with him, or possibly because he was a one night stand and she didn't even know his name, possibly because he was one of several one night stands, and she couldnt figure out which one...who knows? We may never know...

Where are DC's public record? I have had to pay for any I have gotten from MS, WY and FL, had to send a photo ID and affirm what my relation to the deceased was. This was for my mom, dad and grandma, 3 different states since 2006.

I still would not want my relatives DC posted and I do not see why they would release this.

I think they had that death certificate long before they collected DNA from LA. It may be included in the docs now rather than in the earlier ones because they've decided to use it to discredit KC.

Yes yes yes! That is the resemblance most remarkable. There is a characteristic I read up on that is a causation of something else forbade here, but allowable in the parking lot.

Look at the dates they retrieved both issues and the date that a comparison test was asked for from the FBI.

Irish-eyes-I really enjoyed reading your post and hearing your point of view. I HEAR what you you are saying and completly understand you POV.

Still- I continue to believe what I believe.

PS. We've SEEN 100's of photos of KC's male friends. Only one looks like Caylee.

Exactly, Irish eyes. JPC is a good looking guy...dark eyes, baby-faced good looks and a great smile. Caylee was adorable, with her big brown eyes and that same type of beautiful smile. Definitely similar features, but that's all it is.

Eponine and Ripley007 I have to agree, it's shocking how much Caylee looks like JPC. Hey, even I have a couple of one night stands in my closet....shhhhh! Maybe thats where some money came from to survive for 2 years without working. If he was to be the bio father maybe he could request to have his baby put to rest finally.
