So who exactally is this "Eric" guy? I thought the "original" bio Dad named was Jesus. (Who also died in a car acceident) Isn't JPC considered "mixed". At least one parent being PR? Caylee looks to me to be mostly "caucasian/white" if she is of "mixed" heritage, then I would expect it to be in a previous generation....

KC has named about a half-dozen guys, so far, folks.

I doubt that she even knows who the daddy is.

You don't want to believe anything she says, anyway. And, GA and CA are just parroting HER.

In the Nov. 26 doc dump, in the 8th set of files there were print-outs from Cindy's computer under Casey's profile. (Sorry, I'm working from a hard copy...don't have a clue how to link this.)

One was a statement attributed to J.O. - died young in a car accident

There is also an RIP Eric James B. 12.8.83 - 8.11.07

The Eric F. B.'s dates are 3/8/89 - 5/4/07

I could be possible that Casey invented another person!

Correct me if I'm wrong. Has the "father's" name ever been mentioned before the death. Up until Jesse was excluded he was the father. Do we know if any "friends" heard the name before the death.Or was that just convenient and a way of getting sympathy to say that Caylee's father is dead. I'm not sure if the father is dead, or if Casey is/was proud of who the father is. JMO

On the death certificate his name is clearly printed as Eric F. and NOT Eric B.

I found his obituary via Ancestry.com but I don't think it can be viewed by non-members. All the info in the obituary (including the exact date of birth) match up with the info on the death certificate.

Eric F. was clearly still in high school at the time of his death and he is NOT listed in the Social Security Death Index probably because he had never worked a paying job prior to dying at age 18.

IF he were Caylee's father (and I highly doubt he was), Casey would be unable to get Social Security Death Benefits for Caylee which is something I always wondered about if the father really were a dead man...why wouldn't money hungry Casey go after the death benefits. Personally I think Caylee's father is much closer to home than this poor dead boy from Kentucky.

It's highly unlikely that this 18-year-old Kentucky boy ever knew Casey. I suspect she did a computer search looking for deceased males who lived out of state. His name popped up, and she chose him to be Caylee's "father".

Cindy's tale of woe to LE was that Caylee's father "Eric" lived in Tennessee, was killed in an auto accident and left a widow with two children. Doesn't sound at all like the boy on that death certificate which said he was single and in high school. His obituary doesn't list a wife and children, just parents, siblings and grandparents. Obviously, if Cindy saw this boy's obituary, she didn't read it thoroughly. He doesn't look at all like Caylee. He died in May 2007. If this was Caylee's father, then his family could sue Casey for statutory rape of their underage son.

The other young man who died was Jesus E. M. O., who lived in Orlando, and also died in an auto accident in May 2007. He did know Casey. Caylee looks nothing like him.

As for JPC, yes, he and Caylee have a resemblance. Caylee also looked like Cindy and looked amazingly like Casey as a baby and young girl. Who knows?

All I can say is many lives have been ruined simply because they knew Casey at some point. Sad, really sad.

BTW, death certificates in most states are NOT public record, they are closed to the public and only close relatives, LE, and legal representation can have access. After a certain time, they are made more easily accessible and in some cases, anyone can get them. In Louisiana, that point is 50 years after the death. In Florida it's 100 years after the death. States set their own restrictions.

I mean SERIOUSLY, if there is ONE COMMON DEMONINATOR name listed WITH 2 tragic deaths(in this case, car acciedents) wouldn't it be LOGICALL for LE to investigate KC as possiblely causing some sort car failure with these accidents? Know what I mean? Like that novel author Peterson guy who had 2 wives die by falling down the stairs or that woman who had 2 husbands die by her accidently shooting them while they slept.
When I heard the 1st (named) baby daddy JO died in a car acceident, then the 2nd (named) baby daddy, Eric ? dying the same way, I HAD to wonder, were their car's tampered with??? Do we know yet? Could KC be even more EVIL than we ever could have imagined?

I don't think it is even that complicated or well thought out. Eric B is not a profoundly rare name and dying in an auto accident is not rare either. If I pull a story out of thin air right now about who the father of my child is and how he died with equally common names and manner of death, with some google time you would probably find a "match".

This poor family was not targeted as the father story, they just have the unfortunate luck of having the wound of losing their child picked at by someone who doesn't care that hers is gone.

There is a collage posted on someones photobucket account of the Erik I am speaking of and Caylee....the latest rumor is that collage was made by KC, which I wouldn't believe that rumor at all. I think someone following the case made the collage, I would post link but I hate to involve more innocent people......

This Erik does not have the last name of Baker though....He is not listed on the Colonial High school Alumni, that I have seen anyways. Even though he has it on his myspace as graduating 2002 from Colonial. He does look a ton like her though.

He told LE something different. That when she woke, she said she had been dreaming of their relationship. No mention of rape, or names.

My guess is that she was having nightmares about getting caught by LE.

I just also wanted to say, I am Irish and my husband is hispanic. All 3 of our children came out white as can be. My daughter and my son have the whitest skin, blonde hair, and big blue eyes. My youngest son, has blonde hair and hazel eyes. They look like their Dad, they just didn't come out with his traits. I am expecting with #4 in March, so lets see how she comes out, LOL...

What I am trying to say is that we shouldn't right away say this guy is not the father because of his ethnic backround. There can be a possibility.

If I were to guess, I would say LE would have asked his family for a DNA sample early on to check this out...if they didn't, it was because they didn't think he was any more the father than zani was the nanny. If he was the father, I would think that his parents would be involved in the funeral arrangements etc by now.
