The investigations were done by two different agencies. Coronado Police investigated Max's death and San Diego Sheriff's Office investigated Rebecca's death.

AND might I say that in my humble opinion there was no conflict of interest with the Coronado Police Department like there was with the San Diego Sheriff's Office because Jonah did not socialize with them. However, he did reportedly socialize with Gore.

Do you have a link from MSM that says they socialized, or is that your opinion?

According to the Zahau’s lawyer the witness send her a picture of Dina, assuring the person they saw the night of July 12th was her.

“The witness sent me a picture of Dina and said it was Dina. He was going by and saw somebody with a large, black bag trying to get in the front door and looking around and going to the back of the house,” Bremner said. “She was 40 to 50 years, 5’5″, 170 to 190 lbs., long dark hair; wearing a black and white striped short sleeve shirt. He is positive it (was) Dina and she was acting very suspiciously, he has seen subsequent news reports that said Nina was out front and he said that’s not the person he saw.”

So if Dina got into the mansion that night then possibly she left the kitchen door open for Adam, imo.

SDSO did not find that witness's information credible.

Who was walking around her house that night before she was killed?

The person walking around the mansion the evening before the incident was identified, and her actions matched those described by a witness who saw her. Simply stated, she was a family member looking to see if anyone was home at the mansion.

BBM. The 'family member' statement is untrue. First of all, the deceased is in no way related to DS or Nina. Secondly, neither one of the sisters is related to JS. SDSO in my opinion mis-stated that comment egregiously. One might even call it an outright lie.

NS is DS's sister and the Aunt of Max. That's a family member.

She stated in her humble opinion.

Re: blood found

<< Similar questions were raised about a spot of blood found in a bathroom shower near the death-scene bedroom. The blood was never tested for DNA because detectives believed it was menstrual blood from Zahau.

"There was blood found on Rebecca's body, which was determined to be menstrual blood. There was also blood spotting on the floor, on the carpet, and a small spot in the shower," Gore explained.

The blood spots on the carpet and on Zahau's body did undergo DNA testing and were identified as her own menstrual blood; therefore, said Gore, the blood spot in the shower also was determined to be her own blood, "through logical investigative work."

"To take every little piece and look at the shower blood, we just don't do that," Gore concluded.>>

Ok, leaving the impossible -naked -suicide theory alone for a second, grown women do not menstruate like that - we don't just leave a literal trail...Hansel and Gretel like ! It doesn't make sense that "menstrual "blood was anywhere at all really. Any menstrual blood at all not managed by the menstruee is a major red flag. ( forced entry, interruption, attack) Accidents do happen, of course, we we are teens and learning maybe. Not to 30 year olds. not all over the carpet.
So IMO it is another unprecedented part of the suicide theory. No way a woman is going to kill herself naked and leave her period- all over- behind her.

No. I stand by my statement. DS or Nina are not related to Rebecca whatsoever. It is Rebecca's death that is SDSO's response - not Max's. Sorry, about late edit on this but I am doing too many things at once. One shouldn't be doing trades while messaging!

RZ had an IUD. With one, you can "spot" and you don't even realize it at times. She may not have been on her period.

Do you have a link to a medical site that verifies or strengthens your opinion/statement?

Freespeech, it seems that SDSO spit out another statement on their website as an after-the-fact save face on their IMO botched press conference. I'm sure someone will parrot it quickly if I'm right.

Additional information is needed. Was there evidence of tampon/pad use?

Why would SDSO assume the blood in the shower was menstrual blood? That is suspicious. Since the blood was in the shower it would have been rinsed down the drain. If it was on the side then how did it defy gravity by jumping on the wall. That blood should have been analyzed because it's presence was not logically explained.

Also, what were the red stains found on the paper towels that were taken into evidence. I do not recall that SDSO addressed what the red substance was. That shows what a shoddy and incomplete job was done.

There no need for new evidence at this juncture until every bit of the old evidence that was called into suspicion via the search warrants has been adequately analyzed.

I strongly disagree. Blood in the shower (IIRC was on the wall. WALL), on the carpet, on Rebecca's leg is more than spotting, JMO.

What family member was she going to see?

Maxie certainly wasn't there.

Supposedly her sister wasn't there.

The only other people there were Rebecca and AS. Supposedly.

Neither of those people being family members.

Again, what family member was she going to see?

Perhaps we could get our illustrious Sheriff Gore to answer this? And let us not forget that Jonah Shacknai had a personal thank you on the sheriff website as well. Heck, maybe Gore is family? (tongue in cheek of course)

I am an "insider" on this.

Also, the hormonal IUD:

Reduces menstrual bleeding and cramps and, in many women, eventually causes menstrual periods to stop altogether. In this case, not menstruating is not harmful.

Risks of using an intrauterine device (IUD) include:

Menstrual problems. The copper IUD may increase menstrual bleeding or cramps. Women may also experience spotting between periods. The hormonal IUD may reduce menstrual cramps and bleeding.

BBM

They did not have time to address every thing at the press conference. Just because they didn't tell the public doesn't mean they didn't test it. Police and detectives are professionals. They would have tested almost everything found in the room Rebecca hung herself from in order to solve the mystery, IMO.

I wouldn't believe anything Gore has to say. He's already shown what he's made of. JMO

Perhaps the AG will direct the DOJ to check into this and a lot more? ;)
