I've been trying to catch up on Haleigh's threads but I'm not sure that I can anytime soon because I will be offline again for a few weeks (up to a month or more because we are moving---again!) but I missed LP's theory on where Haleigh was that night. Do you or anyone else know which thread I can find that on? I'm just interested in what he has to say but I always take his theories with a grain of salt the size of the rock of gibraltar but that's just me. I don't distrust his opinions I am just not sure he is as informed as most of the people that have been posting here about this case---ya know?

I am sorry to say that no matter what MC says about what happened that night I'm not sure I would ever believe her either. I haven't gotten down to the brass tacks of what she has said while in jail (again, I'm just too busy) but I'm not sure she is trustworthy at this point.

I just wish with all my heart that Haleigh could be found. That is making me bang my head against the wall too LT!

I don't know why this entered my mind, but wouldn't it be nuts if Misty was referring to herself? If she actually had a thought process that lasted long enough to figure out that everyone that listened to the call would assume she was talking about someone else? That would make her the person that Chelsea cared about.

I'm not sure I entertain this possibility- it's just something I happened to think of while reading this thread.

This conversation is very strange to me. Chelsea asks if it's someone she cares about and Misty told her that it was and Chelsea immediately says she doesn't give a F#$@ about Ron. Why? IMO, she said that as if she knew Ron was involved and just wanted to clarify to Misty that she doesn't care about Ron. Chelsea seemed surprise that Misty wasn't talking about Ron "It's not him?" Kinda like she knew different, kwim?

I think Misty is trying to tell Chelsea that if she talks not only will her and Ron go down but they will be taking 2 more people with them. Like accomplices? My belief is Misty is talking about Timmy and Jo. They had access to the van that was scratched that night Haleigh went missing. Chelsea has got to know what is going on, even if it's just a little bit. My dad used to tell me that women are like undercover detectives because we will go to great lengths to find out what our significant other is up to. I think it wasn't until Chelsey found out the whole truth or started putting 2 and 2 together that she decided to move away.

My bets are on Timmy and Jo, for sure. Maybe they just helped after the fact and got rid of the drugs/evidence. They still played a small part. Maybe they don't know what happened to Haleigh but they know a lot about other things that went on that night.

In reference to myself I'll believe the silence has been broken when Ron C has been charged with Haleigh's disappearance and his momma, Teresa Neves has been charged with obstruction of justice or worse.....Those are the two names she should be revealing...JMO

You will be waiting for a long time then because Ron was at work from late afternoon until 3 in the morning. LE have said he isn't a suspect and that he has been cleared. What do people know that LE doen't know anyway?

There has been no verification on the hours that Ronald was at work and LE has not cleared him. His attorney said that LE had him at the bottom of a very short list of Suspects.

Ron C has NEVER been cleared..Granted, he and his momma would love for us to believe he has but his own attorney has even stated he is on LE's list as being a suspect..

Also, even IF he was at work from late afternoon until 3:00 am in the morning doesn't mean he isn't the one responsible for whatever it is that happened to Haleigh before he was told by his momma and his grandma to get his rear in to work so they could provide an alibi for him...

And, as I understand it there are 90 plus calls he made that evening when he was supposed to be working and that tells me he was in close communication with those he needed to help provide an alibi and participated in directing the coverup..

Last but not least....In response to you telling me I'll be waiting a long time, as I see it, I've already been waiting a long time and if I have to continue to wait for justice to be served, all I can say is that in itself is a sin and a shame...But in all reality, me having to wait pales in comparison to what Haleigh's mother and her family are experiencing by not knowing and being denied the truth by Ron C and his family.. lMHO.. Ron C should have be charged with Haleigh's disappearance thirteen months ago. And his mother, grandmother and everyone else in his family who covered for him should have been charged with obstruction of justice... JMO

I was hoping the reality of some serious jail time would make her talk. However, Misty's reality is non-existent. Her attorney has her believing he can get the drug trafficking charges reduced. They are now setting the stage (via her phone calls to family) that she was only selling drugs to supply her drug habit. She is still talking about Tommy and Joe as "the two," but if Ronald were to get out of jail, get a new girlfriend, and get on with his life...............it's a whole new ballgame!

Excuse me for being so dumb, but has this information ever been stated before? Nobody questions this statement? I thought it was huge if true, yet not one person asked LP how he knows this! Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?

I like LP, but I don't think he's proven to be a good judge of character or a good detective. He was positing his theory; he tends to weave a lot together, but I think he's essentially a good man with not-so-good deductive skills. :twocents:

Maryann, when LP came on board again a couple of months ago it was apparent he didn't know too much about what was going on... Still don't know IF he knows too much of whats going on but this information about Haleigh not being there when Tommy and Jo O were there that night is quite feasible IMHO.. So maybe he does know more than I am giving him credit for at this time..As to WHY NG sometimes does not bother to ask questions that would clear up some details is beyond me...JMO
One more thing, since I believe Haleigh was deceased before Ron C ever went into work and was placed in that dumpster for some length of time before she was moved to another location and her remains disposed of in the wee hours of the morning, it stands to reason she would not be at the MH if Tommy and cousin Jo were called on to help remove any drugs from the MH before 911 was ever called...JMO

Haleigh and Junior could have been over at 116 Tyler, could be why we had an officer over there that called out on the radio that "she" had been seen 1 and a half hours ago inside her residence. This is all connected. IMO

I have no idea if LP is correct or not in his statement, if he is and Haleigh wasn't there, whether she was at 116 Tyler or elsewhere .....

How did GGMS see her when she stopped by with the laundry? :waitasec:

How did a neighbor allegedly see her outside playing with other children?

and if what LP says is true why has everyone including the Cummings lied about the events on the evening of 2-9-2009?

If what he said is true it changes everything that we have heard about that night.
