Some quotes from the timeline thread which I thought were worth reviewing (hope it's okay to post here- they are about evidence, mainly) (thanks to OkieGranny):

Feb 24 — Horry County Solictor Jimmy Richardson: "“The stuff that was found at the house, if we didn’t have a lot of stuff already from two months ago or six weeks ago, it wouldn’t have been that much, but it has added to things we already expected. So we were able to find some extra stuff after what we already knew to be obstruction of justice and indecent exposure. Certainly there was a lot of strategy involved. In one way, this case is similar to others in that the more you look, the more you dig, the more you usually get. We started off with a baseline and that was us being capable of saying we can prove beyond probable cause that these two did, in fact, obstruct justice and public nudity. As we added to it from the search warrant, we found we could get the kidnapping charge. We ran that by a judge and the judge said, ‘Yes.’ So then after we did that, we looked at some more stuff and then we said, ‘Alright, we think we can get the murder charge.’ We showed that to the judge and, of course, we got an arrest warrant… Keep in mind, kidnapping is simply keeping someone from being able to leave. We have this idea that you put a bag over their head and take them out of state. Anytime you’re unable to leave, it is a kidnapping. I think it would be improper to say we found her blouse or we found her toothpaste or whatever… Any time that you’re charged with the same crime, you may very well have a different interest than your partner. They may have something that they need to talk about or talk with their attorney about that is adverse to his wife and the wife may have something that she wants to talk about that is adverse to the husband. For that reason, both of them have somebody that is able to come in and represent their particular interest… We’ve got enough to charge them with murder without a body. It’s always easier if you have a body, but we’ve tried cases several times without a body. The main thing about getting a body now is more about peace for the family.”
RSBM & BBM: So, does this negate our theories about the white tank top on the mannequin?

I'm a little confused though. I thought that Sidney was going to live near his parents. How come it was Tammy that picked him up and not them?

They may both be living there since no news station has let us know where they went.

I can't believe the media has not followed them or tracked them somewhere.... even celebrities find it hard to find privacy...

Question: Not sure if this has been asked already but, Legally is LE able to tap their phones and maybe bug their residence to record any conversations they might have? I mean I know they will keep a close eye on them, just not sure if they can go further than that to record/use private conversations against them in court. I sure hope so!

I'm not sure any news agency is that interested in where they're living. Doesn't make for much of a story - ya know? "Tonight at 6 - we can tell you WHERE SM and TM are living!" :P

Remind me of your theory. :)

I think it is Heather's t-shirt. That's as far as I got with it because then I started thinking about Silence of the Lambs which I NEVER want to think about.

Frankly, I don't understand why anyone is interested. Has nothing to do with the case.

Disclosure would just cause public unrest and more social media drama. I'm interested in the case. Not all the drama.

Actually, I would like to know where they are living, but I am nosey like that:)

And I'm surprised that they haven't made sure to be seen around the area.

We were down at MB in the spring, and my hubby was nice enough to allow me to sleuth all the areas, like the M's home, the boat landing, etc. and I have my own theory. It is as follows, and I accept any corrections if something doesn't go with the known facts.
We know that the M's were out and about that nite, having sex all over town, then SM calls HE from a pay phone almost as soon as she gets home. They were waiting in the apt parking lot for her to arrive. Then they go to the minimart to let SM make the call. HE asks, what phone are you calling from? SM tells her a pay, TM took my phone. HE relents, and tells SM he can come over, just to talk, and calls her roommate while waiting for him. TM drops him off and leaves, and SM subdues HE in some way, places her in her own car and proceeds to drive to the PTL landing, while calling his phone with HE's phone all the way, to tell TM 'I'm on the way there, meet me, so we can get out quick'. HE would not have been calling that phone, cause she knew TM had took it from him. They arrive at the landing, HE's body is rolled up in some thing, like a rug, and it is taken from her car and placed in the back of the truck, and they leave in record time. BUT the truck is filmed, and I hope to God, from above looking down and the rolled up item is shown, where it was not shown on the way in.
At this point, I don't know what they did with HE's body. Possibly TM's father helped, or someone else, or they burned it, or poured concrete over it. Or there are computer searches on how to use chemicals or something.
Another thing, since TM's father has died, I can't believe they aren't both saying he did it. It's not like he can refute anything they say.
Needless to say, I can't wait for the trial, and if its possible to get in, I may just take a little vacation time, and be in court.

I just reread, and forgot to add: why would HE go the PTL to meet SM, when he is already in town, and she is at her apt alone. That has never worked for me, that she would drive there on her own.

Rob, have thought similar.

I think this is spot on. One of the many questions I have is why would SM out of the blue decide to kill Heather? Something had to have happened, but what could it be. I hope we get these answers during the trial.

BBM: How do the "several" phone calls from Heather's phone to the payphone (at 2:29 am) fit into this scenario? SM called HE from the payphone at 1:35 am. So, after the nearly 5 minute conversation, the 5 minute drive to her apartment, and her being subdued, who is calling the payphone and why?

I agree, Rob's theory is a really good one. And an excellent point about why would she be meeting him at PTL in the middle of the night and not just at her apartment since her roommate was out of town? I know this has been discussed before and it was theorized he wanted to be hidden, in case TM came looking for him and knew where HE lived, etc., but it just doesn't really add up.

The part about them waiting for her to get home, then calling, is a good theory.

If this was all planned out, then yes, why? I agree, Bestill, I hope we get those answers.

I believe this is spot on as well, it's been my theory pretty much all along. I also think TM was in such a jealous rage over the affair (look at all her public ranting, and the things she did revolving around Heather's workplace, calling her boss, going with SM to work, etc.) that she told SM he had to kill Heather to prove his love for her (TM) and his family. I think TM's reasoning may have been: if he did this "for his family" then he would always be tied to them, he could never leave his wife and children. She would have a permanent hold over him.

As for where Heather is, I have always thought she is somewhere around their property/neighborhood. There are a lot of very thick woods around them, as well as farm fields and ponds.

The call to the payphone could be to make it look like she is still alive at that point, to create doubt for LE about when things were happening (timeline). I do think they did certain things that night to "create an alibi" and this could be one of them. Or perhaps TM said she'd wait at that payphone for his call, but for some reason she went home instead, and he had to call her on the cell at home.

I may have asked this, but do we know if SM was a heavy drinker? Just curious.
At first I thought the "prove my love" theory was way out there, I'm thinking like a rational person though. Then the more I read about the dynamics of their dysfunctional relationship anything can be true. If he would live with a woman that handcuffed him to the bed and then go back to her, after his family offered him a place to start over, that shows who he really is.

Still not sure it was planned though.
