Right now... without knowledge of fingerprints on the tape or anything else from the remains... what physical evidence can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it was KC's doing? Nothing circumstantial, please.
But the above, in bold, is not pysical. I was trying to separate all that stuff out...Well first of all, EVERYTHING outside of confession or eye witness is considered "circumstantial."* Fingerprints?* circumstantial.* Blood?* Circumstantial. So, with that said, and given the fact that most criminal cases are "circumstantial" because there often is no eye witness to the murder and most murderers don't confess, what is the strongest physical evidence in this case is the fact that prosecutors can tie phyiscal evidence of a dead/decomposing body in the trunk of Casey's car to her mother.* The stain(s), the hair found, the testimony of people who saw/smelled the car, the chloroform...all prove that a dead Caylee was in that car and that car was being driven by and abandoned by her mother (Casey).* Casey is also the last known person to be with Caylee.* That's pretty strong/compelling evidence right there.Couple that with the fact that Casey never reported Caylee as "missing" until she was confronted by Cindy 31 days later and continued to party as if she hadn't a care in the world...Those things cannot be ignored, justified or whittled away to an innocent explanation that makes any sense.
I agree with what you are saying, but, with a good attorney and 12 people who don't already have an opinion.......I hope they have more or I believe I could be a hard case to prove without more than we know right now. JMO

Okay purely physical evidence is: the body itself, the decomp and where it was found, the hair, any other fibers that may have been found on/near the body, any fingerprints that may be on items, the items with the body itself (all of which we don't yet know the details of), results of any tox screens (again, we don't know results).
The strongest 2 physical things that we know of right now (since we are not privy to all the evidence yet) is:
1. The decomp & hair in the trunk of casey's car proving that a dead Caylee was there for some period of time
2. The body/placement/items with the body, close to the Anthony house and allegedly containing items/evidence linking Caylee's remains directly to the Anthony residence.
You assume it is/was Casey. She isn't the only person around her car, in the house, etc. The hair in the car was from an Anthony presumed dead, which would most likely be Caylee as we now know..... but 3 females were living in that house - shedding hair about, transferring, etc.
I wouldn't get to fired up until we hear Casey's side of this. The girl can lie.
3 females may have been shedding hair in that house, but only one of them was shedding hair with a death band -- the one who is dead.
We have heard Casey's side. Her side is that she left Caylee with a nanny. Even if she comes up with some new scenario that explains how she was not responsible for her daughter's ending up dead in her trunk and discarded near her home, she will have absolutely no credibility with the jury AND her story will be easily disproved like all the rest.
You don't know if it is her or someone else. Casey will be the victim I'm sure.
I don't understand.
We all are just taking everything we can learn - rumor, media and all that for granted as the truth. Can't sit in a jury and do that. Casey is gonna change that story I think, heck - it may sound reasonable. lol
I don't think Casey will testify. She can't help but tell such easily disprovable lies on the spur of the moment. She just blurts them out and then sticks to them in the face of all evidence to the contrary. Her testifying would be the worst thing for her case, I think.
