According to Charles, Misty said she and Ron divorced because they got onto an argument and he shoved her through a closet door.

Knowing Ronald they way he did he did not think Ron was that big of a dealer. Ron came to him after Haleigh dissappeared and asked if he knew where he could buy a gun because Ron knew who took Haleigh .....

Misty told Charles she was scared because after Haleigh went missing,she and Ron went to the gas station, Ron got out of the truck and told Misty to stay in. She cracked the window and heard a black guy tell Ron he knew who had his daughter and he would bring her there. Misty wouldn't say anything else about it after that.
