I think that is just a helper wearing their hat backwards.
I think so too. He is in this picture.

IS THIS THE BOMBER? Man With Black Backpack Before Bombing Then Without Backpack Moments Before Blast
http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/201...g-then-without-backpack-moments-before-blast/
heres something even more interesting which i just picked up...
in the photo taken within 5 mins off the blast, there appears to be two guys bending over something on the ground and maybe a third guy who is over near the victims and all three are dressed in black jackets..

Notice the 2 people in a couple of photos that are together. One is wearing a gray puffy looking coat, and the other is in black, bent over attending to something on the ground. In the picture with the orange oval marking the " Approx. detonation site", the 2 people are immediately to the right of the oval, behind the man in the brown, suede-looking jacket. Just pointing it out.
Kind of left center you see here an emergency worker cradling the little boy that is seen later in a maroon football jersey being pushed in a wheel chair. So he was also right in the center of bomb #1.

if you zoom in to the right hand side of the photo that was taken before the bomb exploded there is a guy walking away and hes got a black backpack on.. just to the left of the lamp-post
http://www1.whdh.com/news/articles/...usive-fbi-investigating-photo-that-shows-bag/
and i think i see the same guy in the other pic over on the left hand side next to a guy with a red hat on...

without a shot of his face there is no way to ascertain it's the same person. and, to me, it looks like those are two different styles of backpacks: one being a slouchy type and the other more square/boxy...
first it's the guy in black... then it's a guy wearing brown... then it's more than one guy in black puffy/heavy coats...
it's a bit um, like you're trying too hard (is that the right phrase here?)
:twocents:
This looks like the Grand Stands. I believe the bombs were across the street from the stands. Correct me if I'm wrong.
