WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. — Pasco Sheriff's Office is investigating after a man was shot and killed execution-style while working at a construction site.
Sheriff Chris Nocco identified the victim as 46-year-old Heans Gianni Alvarez.

Deputies say the men passed by the other workers, tapped Alvarez on the leg and then shot and killed him.

The suspects are described as two light-skinned black men that are about 5'3" with short dread-like hair.

The gunman then pointed a gun at another witness, Nocco said, before driving off in a dark-colored sedan.

Deputies are trying to identify the two men and what motivated the attack. But Nocco said they appeared to know the victim.

Alvarez was wearing jewelry at the time of the shooting but there was no indication that he was robbed.

Authorities have released images of a dark-colored four-door sedan they say may have been used by the suspects.
Investigators are searching for two black men, described as thin, with dread locks and between 5-foot-3 and 5-foot-8.

The sheriff's office released images Thursday of the car it's believed the suspects fled the scene in, a black 2017-2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid. The suspects are described as two black men between 5'3"-5'8" with short, braided hair.

Law enforcement hasn't determined a motive for the shooting or Cuzan-Alvarez's connection to the suspects.

With the release of a new video, Pasco County Sheriff deputies are hoping to get more information to help identify two suspects in connection with an execution-style homicide in Wesley Chapel.

The two men reportedly drove up to a construction site and shot Heans Gianni Cuzan-Alvarez, 46, who was working on the site, Wednesday at 12:40 p.m.
 
I can only think of a few reasons somebody would do this, and none of them are good.
