Yeah but how are they going to steal the car when its out of gas. I think she would have left gas IN it if she wanted someone to steal it right?

But was it out of gas ? How do we know this ?
Also how did George know to bring gas with when they picked up the car ?

Very recently it was stated that it was out of gas (really) but I hear you.

sure. but why couldn't she use Tony's shower? She was staying there even when he was gone cooking for his friends etc. That is why its so bizarre to me that she asked Jesse to use his shower. It's weird. She could have showered at Tony's or Amy's or even Cindy and George's. She was still popping in and out if we believe George.

True.

According to page 276 of the document, Tony was in NY from 6/30 until 7/5. So if we go on the assumption that Casey was telling Jesse the truth about wanting to use his shower because Tony was out of town, then the shower would have had to have been 6/30-7/3. Is that a little better of a timeline?

Not if she wanted to take a shower during the day while TonE was at school. Did she have a key to Tony's place?

It may have been Casey's attempt at a "booty call" with J, since her flavor of the day was out of town.

I suppose it is too late for there to be any blood or dna evidence left in J's shower drain?

not my kids;

Do you have a link to the documents so we can refer to them here and discuss the known facts and slueth them?

The documents actually say that Jesse had two odd contacts with Casey in the week of 6/22 til 7/6. That's more than a week. One was the shower thing, one was her saying not to talk to her parents if they got ahold of him.

I missed that the keys were in the ignition, I could have sworn they weren't.

No link, I have them printed. I thought they were pulled from online?

The keys were not in the ignition, nor were they in the car anywhere. Very clealy stated in the documents from the tow yard. THERE WERE NO KEYS.

The only thing that makes sense about her not buying gas is she wanted the car stolen. But then I ask myself she would have left the keys in the car. One other thing is according to the neighbor about the fight he overheard on June 15, I wonder if he heard Caylee talk, scream, cry anything.

My guess is that the car was left without gas, a purse on the seat, and a smell of decomp to intentionally indicate that foul play had occured. I believe this because Cindy did not know where Casey and Caylee were. Cindy got information from a resume of Amy's left in the car and was able to get Amy to lead her to Casey. If that never happened, I strongly feel that Casey would have left town, I think she was planning on this but didn't have her plan in full effect. When the car was towed and Cindy contacted Amy, Casey was forced to come up with an explanation (Zenaida). This also ties into the fact that Casey had obtained a passport.

How did she back an empty car into a parking space?

Page 374 of the documents states that there were no keys recovered. This is the official tow form from Johson's Wrecker Service.

From the Nancy Grace transcript which aired 9/9/08:

NATE: I’m not exactly sure. I don’t know what her story was to him about the car. I just know that Tony had left that morning at approximately -- between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and I don’t know exactly when, and he went and picked her up want but I never asked what exactly was wrong with the car.

Since the woman at Amscot said she first noticed the car on the morning of June 27th, I am going to assume that the car was left there the afternoon of June 26th.

Several months ago a man from my area disappeared and his vehicle was found on Petit Jean Mountain at Mather Lodge. The workers said it appeared one day during the lunchtime hours, the day after this man went missing. However, later information received from some vacationing folks who had been there was this info was not correct and they had photos with his vehicle in them from the day before.

My point is that sometimes people are sure of something and it's not true. His vehicle was there the same day he went missing, not at noon the next day.

It is possible that the woman at Amscot has the wrong day or time.

Lee stated in a media report that Casey pushed the car there her self . It was later stated ( can't recall where ) that 2 men helped Casey push the car there .

Why haven't these 2 men come forward to confirm ?
