She spoke to 2-3 people on the phone and told one of his friends that Terri had J leave. Her setup is talking to people and giving people info. is not true.

His psychological opinion - master at deception, misdirection and bringing it forward in spades.

This is really puzzling to me because in early interviews, he made J's leaving a "no big deal" sort of thing.

overall: seemed tired, sad, frustrated. looked gaunt. i think he's brave to step right up and face the music after desiree's criticism. he admits that he obviously missed some pretty big red flags but all he wants is to keep his kids safe now.

Kaine would have done better to stay quiet today, in my opinion. I'm not believing him. If the situation in that house was so bad that a 15-16yr old had to go, what about a 7-year boy, one who clearly wanted his mommy?

I'm confused. He stated that Terri had K with her all day and that she witnessed some unimaginable harm to Kyron, and then states that he does not believe Kyron is dead.

In February, Terri sent J to Roseburg to live with his maternal grandparents.

"I was on a business trip when she made that decision," Kaine said. "She called me on my first day (in California) and said they had gotten into a fight. She couldn't handle it anymore. She was going to call his dad to talk about other options."

Kaine said he didn't want Jto move out, but it wasn't his decision.

It is possible Baby K saw and heard a terrifying incident wherein her Mother attacked a struggling child...her own little brother. The screams, the noise, the fear. the terror exuded in that incident would be unimaginable...and horrific for a tiny child to see and endure. Kyron could have been handed over...still alive perhaps...but that makes the event no less horrific.

I'm unclear about when he talked about the "fight" when he was out of town - was he alluding to Terri and J fighting or Terri and Kyron?
