Agree, meeting may indicate new evidence. Perhaps something that conflicts with TH's previous statements which may have resulted in Desiree being more direct. New witness? lab work? could be anything and nothing. Weird case, lots of secrets in these families.

Actually I think LE asked that Kaine not appear in the PC to appeal more to TH emotions. Remember if she sees KH she just sees the man keeping "her" daughter away from her. But if she only sees Desiree and Tony she only sees one biological mom pleading to another to let her know where her child is. I think they were hoping to get through to TH.

It won't work. If all the reports are true, the hit etc. then KH will take what happend to Kyron to the grave.

I thought of that and dismissed it. But when you say it, it sounds much more plausible. Personally, I don't think TH would be confessing to ANYBODY, including her parents (if, of course, she's guilty). And if she did, I guess I'd like to think they'd protect an innocent child over her, but maybe not. It wouldn't be the first time. At the very least, I'd hope they would try to find a way to get kyron found without dropping the dime on their daughter.

Overall, I don't think DY's reference was to TH's parents, but jmoo.

Yes, I remember hearing this in the first few days, that TH called DY to go ahead and leave. But, they didn't. They were at home when they got the call about Kyron being missing. A neighbor said they were in a huge rush to leave after they heard.

I can't find where I read that and when they were called. Maybe some else can?

I can't see how that would be important to the case at this point, but they still will not give out even the simplest of details about anything at all.
So much for being able to connect the dots. If the dots were that clear, TH would be named a suspect or be arrested. Tony should know that.

Poor Desiree. Can you imagine being only hours away from seeing your little boy for the weekend, only to find he's missing and the victim of foul play?

It was in the RECORDED presser that was released today, one of the things I keep thinking if "they" was a slip it wasn't live and could have been edited...I believe "they" was used on purpose.

I'm curious as to what the final piece of the puzzle is that they are trying to get/confirm, thats preventing them from doing what they need to do?

That makes a lot of sense. IF TH is responsible for Kyron's disappearance, and IF the murder-for-hire story is true, then obviously KH is the object of her anger and resentment. His presence could only hinder any slight chance that TH would relent.

I sure hope LE is 100% sure that TH is responsible. Otherwise, they've ruined an innocent woman's life. But at this point, I doubt that's the case.

Watched the videos. Emotionally, it's heartbreaking. Just heartbreaking. Especially when Desiree speaks of how she copes. I wonder if the families are getting help from counselors/psychologists specially trained for something like this? I certainly hope so. To see Desiree and Tony holding it together, dressed wonderfully, and speaking so beautifully. I would think/hope that the perpetrator sees this and is moved to "do the right thing." I hope that means to let Kyron go. Drop him off. Anywhere. A school. A library. A place of worship. Like someone said upstream, I want to wake up tomorrow to news that this nightmare is over and Kyron is safe.

I can't help but wonder if Desiree "heard" the criticisms about her how she "should" be reacting and altered her presentation to better fit what she feels "society" expects of her. It really makes one think twice about we say about a grieving mother and her family.

Examples:

They (Desiree, Kaine, Tony) were criticized for not speaking directly to Kyron - Desiree just did.

Desiree was criticized for speaking "as if" Kyron is still alive - she reiterated that and did not waver. Two thumbs up for Desiree.

Kaine has been criticized for "not being involved" enough - Desiree made Kaine the first item on her agenda and dispelled any rumors that would fly because of his absence.

I do feel bad for Desiree. In the beginning, she was drawn, quartered, and measured and found wanting. But now, I think we see that she's only guilty of wanting her son back. *hat in my hands*

I listened to the Medford statement again and the reporter said TH was to drive to meet DY in Eugene.

I noticed something else that I noticed and forgot...when DY is talking about what's most frustrating she says something along the lines of Kryon is somewhere, and we don't know where and "THEY'RE" not sharing. Who is THEY?

If they do not arrest SM soon, then I wonder how she will live? I imagine that she won't be staying in the home.

Her parents will have to support her financially. Her life will be hell on earth even if she is free.

Who will hire her? She will have to be afraid every time she walks out the door of wherever she is living.

People will treat her like a pariah. She won't be invited to anyone's home for a social time.

I doubt if any gym will enjoy having her as a member as people will be complaining and ditching their memberships.

How TH cared for Kyron since he was 3 days old & was such a close friend of Desiree for decades!!!:waitasec:
I really wonder if TH''s parents know anything ,since she sent her 16year old son there & he couldn't get along so ,went to his bio-dad. TH is adopted & I wonder if her bonding skills are less than adequate. Maybe her adoptive parents could give some insight or have heard something while her son was with them.
