LE simply MUST find something solid they can arrest her for or she will not talk. Think about her motives...right now they can't seem to arrest her so she is still free and can try to get K back, at least part time. If she says anything at all, they will have grounds to arrest her and she will likely never see K again. So, if you were Terri, would you talk?

Just to clarify, Terri's friend said TH cared for Kyon since he was 3 days old, but that's very misleading. Terri might have been "involved" with him because she was Desiree's friend, but Terri did not become full time stepmom to Kyron until he was a toddler. Terri moved in with Kaine when Kyron was a toddler.

Did anyone else think one of the reporter's comments after the statement was odd. He said that on the day kyron disappeared TH was supposed to drive him South on I-5 to meet his mother. Why refer so specifically to the direction and the Route?

Iirc, it was said that TH had called DY to come pick Kyron up as it was their weekend with him, so this would clarify that earlier information.

It also seems to make clear the usual arrangement at least at the beginning of the transfer, which would be to meet halfway.

so we don't know when she really came into the picture, the above info mostly came from Terri's mother...

This mention of Eugene as the half way point for TH to bring Kyron & DY to pick him up on w/e with his Mom. This would have been happening for maybe 3 to 4 years.? Maybe they developed some acquaintances to (people or places) in Eugene. TH leaves the school dumps Kyron's body in Eugene or leaves an alive Kyron there to be hidden?????
I am just hoping against hope for a happy ending for Kyron. He is such a precious boy . Only God can give life ! It is not for humans to take it!

While heartbreaking, I believe this is more desperation than anything else. Desiree is openly appealing to Terri, probably because they believe Terri would be most receptive to her, but anyway, Desiree is appealing to Terri through baby K. This is desperation. IMHO, LE doesn't have a case.

I really believe LE was hoping Terri would incriminate herself with lawn boy and when she didn't, the possibility to reel her in through an arrest and apply more in-house pressure fell apart.

If they don't have a case now, I'm concerned if they ever will. DNA evidence in this case may not, and probably would not, be damning as Terri admits to being with Kyron the day he disappeared. Any other evidence may be quickly lost due to the elements.

Sad day.

I'm so sitting on the fence.
When DY said (I'm paraphrasing) "Kyron, don't be afraid because the police are going to find you" I got the impression that he IS still alive, and she KNOWS he is still alive. It didn't seem like blind faith to me. It seemed like 'I-know-he's-alive-and-we're-going-to-get-him'.
Maybe I'm reading too much into that or hoping too much.
Either way, my heart just breaks for her

Right now I'm thinking Terri's attorney is preparing her for a confession. He must know an arrest is near.

Terri and Desiree were never friends before. She didn't know Terri and didn't even talk to her till Kyron was almost a year and a half. She said that in the full presser today.

I believe the source(s) for those reports were questionable.
