I notice the same thing this is the most nervous I have ever seen him.

I think he's nervous because of all the guilt, blame, Monday morning Quarterbacking that is now being done. I would also feel the pressure of trying to explain my actions (or non actions) given the circumstances. I feel bad for the position he is in. He's very defensive and I can understand why.

He's going back to what he said that Kyron was upset only because he was going back to Kaine after a visit w/Desi.

She asked for custody based on that, and he said no. Because it was about the end of a visit. Kyron would do the same on reverse.

Had a big disagreement - Terri and Desiree?

Desiree never pressed or threatened court action in the course of Kyron's life for custody.

No additional actions, no threats of court action.

Going to people to ask what was going on, people going to him and telling him info.

Terri and Kyron had a lot of pressure put on, problems created by her, ultimately the person claiming credit for solving the problems. He's just now finding this stuff out.

He and Terri were getting into arguments all the time about the children.

6 months leading up to birth of baby things started to change. cycling on and off.

went from terri boasting about how good marriage was to the opposite.

not physically or outright in front of him. abuse?

based on his understanding Sauvie is huge (in size). goign to take a really long time. they're looking for clues, anything they can find to help them understand what happened that day. will continue until they find something. a few months more maybe longer.

I thought it was Terri and J that had the argument when Kaine was away on a business trip and that's why J moved out?? So now it's Terri and Kyron? I'm confused.

kaine is driving the mustang today because he wants to drive both vehicles so people will see both and jog their memories. in a weird place? where? think back. remember.

I'm sure there is a lot more out there." I'm not going to comment about that (I can't hear questions). I can't really say. I did not see the Today show. You'll need to bring me up to speed. I honestly don't know. There is no information that I have that she does not have. Info is brought by LE to us together. I give LE info as I remember as it pertains Terri. We are getting the same info at the same time.

About court filings: There was behavior at the time that I could not explain. After everyone told him info., everything came into focus. The alcoholism I had concerns about, but he talked with others and it all made sense to him and "lined up." Last fall timeframe (august/sept), that summer was split in half and then missed mom. Never legal request for custody change. They were trying to work it out.

Incident between Kyron and Terri while on a business trip that fueled something. She had custody the first year and a half to 2 years and then transferred custody to Kaine.

People coming forward - things emailed, spoke about on the phone with Terri. They came to him first and then LE. Problems were created by Terri and ultimately she took credit for solving them. Relationships with kids strained. A lot of arguments between Kaine and Terri about the kids.

"Who is this person we were around?" "Completely different person living a completely different life." "Alcoholism was the tip of the iceberg." 6 months before K was born, things were cycling and going bad. Boasting to complaining about the relationships. She was talking about him behind his back and he did not know what it was or why.

He can't talk about what was said on Friday - part of the investigation.

Long time to search Sauvie Island. Looking for clues - not done - huge area to search. He would not be surprised if searches continue for months on Sauvie.

People will continue to see him driving the white truck to help jog memories - anything he can do to help.
