Why have we not heard of this disagreement before?

Respectfully, I don't think LE or the parents feel they must share much at all with the public.

LE feels they have a job to do that does not include keeping us informed. I think issues between the parents are affording us more insight...but the really big evidence will be withheld from us to protect the criminal case.

If Kaine is going back to before the baby was born, than clearly he had some information before Desiree had it...at least about Terri, her mental health issues and her drinking...and the DUI, which Desiree says she never knew about. So it is not really truthful for him to say that he never had info Desiree did not have. Maybe not from the police, if he qualified that.

I thought it was Terri and J that had the argument when Kaine was away on a business trip and that's why J moved out?? So now it's Terri and Kyron? I'm confused.

I bet it was both. Drunk and fighting with her son...throws him out while Kaine is away.
