Am not saying it would be right, but if CHO would allow trach an g-tube she may quickly be out the door and CHO could proceed with business as usual.
But CHO would have set a legal precedent for performing surgical procedures on a legally dead person, and there are still no physicians who will perform it.
Didn't I see that the judge turned down the family request to allow a physician not on CHO staff to perform the surgeries?
