Probably rehashing old conversation but...
If Jahi is 'alive' then they cannot pursue any wrongful-death lawsuit, right? Surely they won't try to do both things at once? They cannot tell people she's getting better and will wake up soon, while simultaneously attempting to get money for her death? And if she is 'doing great', that limits the amount of 'injury' they can claim, since she isn't brain dead (and/or brain death doesn't exist), she's just sleeping it off.
Will they instead go for emotional damages or something? *obviously not a lawyer*
