I've recently listened to a podcast about this case. I was curious if anyone has come up with the idea that maybe someone stayed in the house from the night of the christmas light tour to the night of her disappearance? Perhaps someone came over that night and never left until the morning the note was found. The home was 4 floors and she was found in the wine cellar. This person could have easily hidden out in the home and was creeping around it at night while the family slept. This would explain the 2.5 page ransom note written with a pen from the home as well as paper from the residence. Not to forget the, "no forced entry" statement. This person wrote his note in the shadows within the home. Afterwards, he went to JonBenet's room and gently scooped her out of bed and carried her down to the basement where the unthinkable happened to this poor girl. Afterward, they left the note on the bottom step of the first floor stairs before slipping out the front door unnoticed.
I wonder if LE ever questioned all the guests that were in the home the night of the light tour, that is, if they all could have been reached...
This is a far fetched guess... any thoughts?
P.s. I think it to be total B.S. that Patsy and John were even the slightest on LE mind as suspects, JS.
