'Fast & Furious' actor Paul Walker dies in Calif. car crash

Yes .... I have them on my computer

Where can I view those?

Thanks to the poster who linked the definition of pugilistic stance (not bracing for a crash but the result of severe burning). Once again, the media is trying to sensationalize by making things seem as they are not. Sickening.

I wonder e r if the driver was suicidal. Who would go that fast in a 45 mph zone ?

i would guess he was more "show off" than suicidal...

I don't believe these are pictures of what they are claiming. The accident happened during the day. They would not leave the bodies there that long as the picture above is at night. Also what they have outlined isn't a pugilistic stance like the autopsy reports that both were in due to the fire.

I don't know about California but here in Oregon a neighbor was stabbed by another neighbor and his body lay on the sidewalk where he died for something like 12 hours. They didn't even cover it. I asked a police office why that was and he said in homicides when the victim is already dead they investigate and take pictures and wait for other officers to arrive and finally for the medical examiner. Apparently the medical examiner wasn't in a big hurry.

they wouldn't leave bodies there that long? a quick google shows that the bodies were removed after dark: http://www.forumgwiazd.com.pl/oferty/5fmoid7x?offset=0

During the first impact , the drivers side hit the lamp post and 1st tree .... most likely just behind the drivers seat area , then the car spun 180 degrees and hit the final tree , also just behind the seat area but on the passenger side.

The fuel tank is located behind the seats but the start of the fire was likely in the rear engine compartment (black smoke only) then in about 30-60 seconds the fuel began to burn (yellow flames)

I really hope none of the family members and friends saw them like this before they put a tarp over them :(

(CNN) -- Roger Rodas' widow is suing Porsche for to the fatal accident that claimed the lives of her race car driver husband and actor Paul Walker.

Kristine Rodas filed the suit this week against Porsche Cars North America, citing negligence as the cause of death of her husband and the 40-year-old "Fast and the Furious" star on November 30 in Santa Clarita, California. Backed by celebrity attorney Mark Geragos, she is also suing for product liability and wrongful death.

It is typical to want to blame "someone else" for an accident

If there was any negligence here , it was the driver speeding at 100 mph in a 45 mph zone , on a curve , within city limits.

I guess it is because all of Paul's $16 million estate goes to the daughter, not the wife he had when he died. She's a money grubber grasping at straws. Unfortunately, she will probably get something if the fuel tank was located where they say it is.

It's Roger's wife not Paul's. Is Paul's family also involved? And where was the gas tank found? I'm not aware

Nobody could sell Paul's cars unless they had title to them , this looks like a red herring to me

If Both Paul & Rodas owned the AE company , nothing could be sold or disposed of except through wills and estates

You cannot sell a dead persons vehicle any more than you can sell a living persons vehicle.
