For those wondering why Garrison is just giving the emails or info to LE now, you don't know that. You dont know when he gave it to them. It just says he has given the info to LE not when he gave it. It is just coming out in the press now. Thats all we know about it at this time. Doesn't surprise me one bit about CA. She will do anything to keep KC out of prison. She hasn't told one iota of truth since the 911 calls. All she cares about is KC. Caylee is dead now so nothing she can do about that.

Not a single member of the A family have assisted LE, I find that very telling.

Both Caylee and Casey would have the same DNA anyway. I'm sure that at some point, Casey brushed Caylee's hair with her own brush. Maybe Cindy knew that the brush she gave them would also have Caylee's hair in it so since they wanted it for comparison to the hair found in the trunk... what possible difference could it make.
I don't trust Garrison.... he could have made those emails up. Emails can be faked pretty easily.

I'm sure the police can determine if they're fake or not. I doubt Garrison would put himself in the position of getting caught that way.

Caylee & Casey have the same mitachondrial DNA, but Caylee has a genetic inheritance from her father too. Cindy gave them a brush, but not Caylee's brush which is what they requested. Her defensive pose just proves it more to me.

When a child is missing, a normal person would do exactly what was asked by LE, to find the child.

Hmmm, isnt it funny how cindy always manages to get the converstion about her. Just like in the FBI interviews, they would ask how casey would respond to something and she told them how she would respond.

I think cindy likes her new slimmed down look, her eyes are made up nicely, a new hair do. It seems like she is blossoming in all the attention.

Wow. To me she looks like death warmed over. She's practically skeletal; she's pale and sickly looking. I certainly see no blossoming.

Has the REAL reason ever been established as to why the family hasn't visited Casey?

I remember an interview/statement in which CA says something along the line of "KC wants this to be about Caylee- finding Caylee. She has asked us not to visit and keep the focus on Caylee..."

In all the confusion she may not have even thought about it. They wanted a brush with Caylee's hair and she gave them the first one she grabbed. I really don't see it as a big deal.

If this was an oversight on cindy's part, she would have discovered that she didn't give authorities the other brush as well and notified them, thus they would most likely have both brushes..which is what she should have done in the first place.

Cindy is an absolute control freak whose house is positively immaculate, a person who practically seems to have a filing cabinet in her head, I doubt this was an oversight...she just chose not to give them the brush that caylee uses exclusively.

This coupled with cleaning the car, washing the clothes, lying on the stand, lying to investigators, etc, etc. after a while the little things start to add up and the picture they are painting is of a family that is deliberately interfering with the investigation into the murder of their granddaughter. JMO

JMO, if a grandmother were honestly grieving I would think she'd want to hand over anything and everything to help in an investigation.

Me too, unless she already suspected that her granddaughter was killed at the hands of Casey and she had already gone into cover-up mode to protect her, which is what I believe.

Ya know, one thing I don't get about the car...if it reeked so much, why would you pull it into the garage and close the doors...but keep the doors of the car open to air out? And why would you be out there pacing if it stunk that bad?

I'm not sure, Chilly. I read a post the other evening (can't remember the thread) where a poster had speculated that Cindy rinsed off the clothing and hung it out in the backyard over the playhouse and sandbox before putting it in the washing machine--perhaps from this? There was also a lot of discussion about whether the washing machine and dryer were in the garage.

I thought Cindy gave LE Caylee's toothbrush as well for DNA comparison. Did I misunderstand?

Of course, you don't! However, I think the FBI and OCSO may tend to disagree with you in the long run.

The lack of cooperation, purposefully witholding evidence, and washing decomposition out of Casey's clothing (destroying direct evidence) in a missing person/murder case is against the law in any jurisdiction. They already know these are NOT grieving grandparents and they continue to thwart this investigation in every way possible, imo. They will file the appropriate charges eventually. I think they will wait to add Perjury to the list tho. I expect charges to be filed at the end of the trial and not before.

I recall reading a long time ago that Cindy gave LE a brush that was shared by Caylee and Casey. Obviously LE has Caylee's hair sample.

This is much ado about nothing - LG has a beef with Cindy and he's trying to exact revenge. People shouldn't be so quick to buy into it, iMO.

bold by me: And why not? We have been witness to CA's anger, revenge, nasty behavior and these are just the tip of the iceberg with her attitude and actions.

If she behaves in public with people who "cross" her, you can bet she behaves worse behind close doors. And if you can prove I am wrong, you can have the money in my bank account.

Maybe this "release" is being done strategically. With an accusation like this hanging out there, she has to get lawyered up again and whoever is brave enough to take on her case will probably do so only under the condition that she shuts her mouth. Maybe this is a strategic move to try to get her to stop talking!

Oh I do, look at her, make up on, new hair do, if your really depressed one doesnt have the enerfy, will strength to be that careful with how they look. IMO, she loves and thrives on the media attention. she is turning this into all about cindy...me me me. I do not in any way see she is falling apart.
