FBI Investigating Email That Could Land Cindy In Jail

Little miss small time social butterfly I'm sure is having social withdraws in jail. You would think mommy & daddy would want to go give her longing looks and words of hope. i,m being cockey right now. I think we can all be assured CA's parents have taken a break from her since home arrest.

All I know is that NG will be explosive today - with everything that happened today with this case - and with Joran going public and saying that he sold Natalie Holloway - it's going to be nuts today!

I'm not sure, Chilly. I read a post the other evening (can't remember the thread) where a poster had speculated that Cindy rinsed off the clothing and hung it out in the backyard over the playhouse and sandbox before putting it in the washing machine--perhaps from this? There was also a lot of discussion about whether the washing machine and dryer were in the garage.

I thought Cindy gave LE Caylee's toothbrush as well for DNA comparison. Did I misunderstand?

not sure about toothbrush, but if she did it was probably hers or ga or lee

Is this a fact?
Is there a link I have missed where they specifically asked for Caylee's brush?
Or is it possible they just asked for a brush with her hair in it?

I think it was on the search warrant.

Me too, unless she already suspected that her granddaughter was killed at the hands of Casey and she had already gone into cover-up mode to protect her, which is what I believe.
This is something I believed for the first couple of months. But then LE came out and said...no the As are ok, they have no involvement...I stuffed what I felt. Unfortunately, I still have this gnawing feeling deep inside that you're right.

And why not? We have been witness to CA's anger, revenge, nasty behavior and these are just the tip of the iceberg with her attitude and actions.

If she behaves in public with people who "cross" her, you can bet she behaves worse behind close doors. And if you can prove I am wrong, you can have the money in my bank account.

People who make a pack with the devil pay a price for it one day. Cindy is simply building up her account with him to become payable when due.

Maybe that is why she has no real friends. she treats them badly. No one wants to be friends with a meany or a defender of a murderer. IMO

I recall reading a long time ago that Cindy gave LE a brush that was shared by Caylee and Casey. Obviously LE has Caylee's hair sample.

This is much ado about nothing - LG has a beef with Cindy and he's trying to exact revenge. People shouldn't be so quick to buy into it, iMO.

Yes, but there are some people who will make the slightest little thing into the worst possible scenario, and place "intent" where there was none.

Cindy Anthony will not be going to jail or be charged with obstructing justice.

I remember an interview/statement in which CA says something along the line of "KC wants this to be about Caylee- finding Caylee. She has asked us not to visit and keep the focus on Caylee..."

I will try to find the link.
Oh...I know that...I'm talking about the REAL REAL reason. :blowkiss:

so far she wont , who knows what will happen down the line
depends on what else she did imo

I also recall reading that Cindy provided Caylee's toothbrush. Cindy said in her FBI interview (part 2?) that the washer and dryer are in the garage. Ages ago she explained that she was washing a load of clothes anyway, so when she found Casey's pants in the car she threw them in the washer with the rest of the load. She never said anything about rinsing out other items. If I recall correctly, she told LE that everything she'd removed from the car was sitting in the corner of the garage and hadn't been touched except to move it.

Hopefully, it will be more than simple obstruction when we get to that point. She has "intent" written all over everything she has done without question, imo.

I wonder about that too and am wondering who the "friend" was that this email was too....Nejame?

If MN knew something could he come forward now that he is not their attorney or would that still be considered breaching client confidentiality after the fact?

Maybe this "release" is being done strategically. With an accusation like this hanging out there, she has to get lawyered up again and whoever is brave enough to take on her case will probably do so only under the condition that she shuts her mouth. Maybe this is a strategic move to try to get her to stop talking!
I can't believe you said that. I thought I was nuts for thinking it.
Thanks!!

(snip)
When Eyewitness News obtained an email from Larry Garrison (read the email), it was handed over to the FBI because of the explosive evidence inside. The email says Cindy gave investigators the wrong hairbrush when they asked for Caylee's brush in late July to compare DNA from her hair to the hair they found in Casey's trunk, where it smelled of death.

Ya know, one thing I don't get about the car...if it reeked so much, why would you pull it into the garage and close the doors...but keep the doors of the car open to air out? And why would you be out there pacing if it stunk that bad?

In the FBI interviews cindy started to say they couldnt leave it in the driveway because of the smell and the neighors but she kinda stopped and just said they put it in the garage. But I got the impressiion that it smelled so bad they couldnt leave it in the driveway, then it was stated it took 3 days for the garage to airout and the smell got into the house. That car stunk to high heaven. It just creeps me out to think the last impression of their grandaughter was a rotten stink. {I know I would not be able to handle that and probably would of committed suicide knowing that sink was my loved one...geeze I cant say granddaughter..its to upsetting}

I find it hard to believe that Cindy would put that pair of stinky pants in the washer with other clothes. Then again, it is hard to believe anything she says. just my opinion.
