Well, it's a DARN GOOD THING that someone schooled in forensics regarding hair can tell it is not Caylee's. Casey's hair had been colored (and bleached before it was colored if it had not totally grown out, remember Casey had been a bleached blonde when her hair was super short), Caylee had virgin hair.

Exactly.

The washer is exactly where I would put stinky pants. :waitasec:

Stinky pants that came out of a car that smelled like death and your granddaughter is no where to be found?

Not everything the anthony's did was suspicious, but in light of the how bad this car smelled, the fact that they even went in the car let alone took stuff out of it, is in and of itself suspicious.

Sounds like what I remember, too.

Not sure what to think of that email since it was disclosed so late in the proceedings.
I think he just received it by the date given.

How would telling Garrison that she gave LE 'this' brush instead of 'that' brush downplay the hair evidence? Cindy could have made the comment to Garrison at some point that she gave LE brush A and that, when things calmed down, she realized she probably should have given them brush B instead.

I think Garrison's motive in releasing this email is the biggest concern.

Agreed chilly. If he had nothing to hide, we would be seeing the emails in their entirety- all of them. Not just one to media, and half of one from CA (with dubious dating).
Lets wait and see if maybe CA will pass on her copy of the emails to media.

AS for charges ,LE arent doing the A's any favours. If they break the law, I'm sure they would have no hesitation in charging them.
There are no laws that protect family members from being charged since so many murders occur within the family (especially with children).
So its one of three things...The A's have not comitted any crimes that LE can prove, that LE are not charging folks they believe have broken the law relating to a homicide investigation, or that charges against the A's are the next chapter in this saga.

Maybe not, but she sure is a royal pain in the a**...too bad there isn't a law against that! LOL

Yes there is...Florida statute 13.562 : Impersonating a Human Being without the formality of a royal azz only a commoners azz is punishable by lie detector by force!

I find it hard to believe that Cindy would put that pair of stinky pants in the washer with other clothes. Then again, it is hard to believe anything she says. just my opinion.

When DH would come home from an investigation where they had to dig up or be around a decomposing body, he would remove all his clothes (luckily the laundry room was attached to the garage and he would come in that way) and throw them in the washer immediately. He knew enough to remove anything else that might be in the washer first - or I would freak completely  However, once or twice there was another item of clothing and once the wash was done, everything smelled nice and clean! (And yes, I did keep a robe in the laundry room for him for just these circumstances:))

Washed the pants!!! And let’s not forget about sending Lee out to get the Laptop and her clothes at TL!
She also went through the wallet and took money out that more then likely belonged to Amy. Why was there such a rush to get all her things from TL? She also took everything out of the car and went through the car, claims that she had Casey’s Universal ID but someone stole it with the shamrock Lanier.

Before LE could sort through the clothes that Casey had in the car and at TL she put everything away in Casey’s closet and drawers…WHY? What else did she wash? Where was the blue bin that was in the car? I also remember in one of the interviews that LE was asking her where the “cans” were. She kept saying if she knew that they were needed or something then she would not have thrown them out. What cans? And then we have the whole…Casey drove Cindy’s car and GA knows it was her car from the Panda sticker. Ohhh Yeahhhhh this is one messed up family!

I have to wonder what casey told this guy...CA does make the comment that she trusted him to talk to Casey. Should get more interesting!
And when did Cindy and George decide to move the playhouse, dig around in their backyard, etc. for signs of a deceased Caylee before LE arrived to search there?

You would mix that pair of pants that smelled like human decomp with other clothes that you were washing? I sure wouldn't. No way.

This is something I believed for the first couple of months. But then LE came out and said...no the As are ok, they have no involvement...I stuffed what I felt. Unfortunately, I still have this gnawing feeling deep inside that you're right.

I don't think LE makes a habit of giving a heads up to a suspect that they suspect them. In fact they will play it the opposite was. You hear in Cases all the time, so and so is cooperative and not under suspicion. Then they next thing you know, they are arrested and charged with a crime.

Ok...but now remember according to Casey the ID was in her house somewhere...but her parents have seen it so that makes her job legit. Wouldn't Casey have known if the ID was in her very own purse?

I've become so much smarter since I've joined WS. Thanks for sharing that. Who would have thunk it?

Good to know 'cause my hinky meter never quieted down.

He can NEVER say anything about what he knew while in their employ. That confidentiality sticks forever.

It may land him in civil court, but he can say whatever he wants. It's not criminal.

ETA: got MN and LG confused. Sorry!

When our kids were small we lived outside of Daytona and the kids, being from VA weren't use to the warmer weather in Fla. They were constantly forgetting to put their wet clothes on the outside table so I could wash them later. I would find towels and t-shirts the next day, clumped and smelly. I tried washing them once and it turned the entire load with a sour smell. From that day on, found items with mildew were thrown out immediately.

I cannot fathom washing anything that came out of KC's vehicle.

As would most everyone! This has, for me, once and for all established that Cindy has been obstructing this investigation - FROM DAY ONE. (sorry, had to be done. ) :)

IMO, Cindy hopes that we'll believe she was obstructing justice by turning over the "wrong" hairbrush. In reality the email itself may be more of an obstruction...just in a more underhanded way. If we can be persuaded to believe that the FBI analyzed the "wrong" hair, then maybe we won't believe it was Caylee in the trunk of Casey's car.

ETA: Just a possibility

I agree with that at least! I never want to "blossom" like that. She looks like she is dying

Really? She looked just fine at the vigil on Sunday. Bubbly and bouncy.

But, ya know I succumbed to peer pressure and NG. Even she said we should feel for them...they have nothing to do with any of it...if you can't believe NG then who can you believe? (j/k)

I haven't read the whole thread yet so don't know if someone else may have said this. My granddaughter is 2 and I have her brush right next to mine. If LE asked me for her brush I would give them hers. They are very easy to tell apart and even if she uses mine once in a while playing "nana", hers would be the one I would grab. No matter how upset or freaked out I would be I think I would be able to pick the right one.
