Crazy is always a possibility.

But in terms of accountability, I believe what she has to say should be registered in the records, just in case.

Of course they know. SG probably had a hint of it and it may be the reason she went berserk when certain things seemed to be pointing in that direction. Paranoid? Maybe, but just because you are paranoid doesn't mean someone is not trying to get you. Paranoia is both real or imagined.

Wow. To be honest, I for sure didn't see that coming given the leniency shown toward most LE even on the most horrific charges.

Either the tide is finally turning or there's a lot of *insane* things coming down the pike in this case.

Loeb sued SCPD (on assault charges) some time ago, but Burke faced the judge (no bail) yesterday on Federal charges.

Deprivation of civil rights, AND conspiracy to commit obstruction of justice.

If John Doe 2000 (found w JD 6) and John Doe 2003 (IMO dumped with JT) were Johns for the two girls there is not many explanations for what could have happened. Where they robbed by someone? How did he get to them? If it was a cop this scenario makes sense but if not it's hard to understand

It is just as 'off' as the 1/2million$ bail put on the guy that stole the bag out of his car. There are different reasons for both of those decisions.

Hawk, how far do you think the US Attorneys office is going to take this? Call me a cynic, but if this is being led out of Central Islip I don't see anything but a few more scpd guys arrested only.
