Apparently he had videos of young boys in his stolen duffle bag, Hawk said Chris Loeb called him a Pedofile although it was reported he called him a pervert, based on the little boy videos. That is what set him off to beat him.

I just got done reading that in another forum which not sure I'm allowed to name. There was also a statement made that he was reputed to have had a tape of one of the victims?????

When Chris Loeb was arrested, James Burke immediately ran to Chris Loeb's home and recovered his stolen duffle bag from the scene. No one knows what was in it except Chris Loeb and James Burke. Hawk said the video in the bag of the little boys had a photo on the sleeve of little boys looking at adult penises with open mouths. That is why Chris Loeb called him a pedofile. No one knows if Chris watched the videos in the bag.

At first glance, James burke's chart shows he is not the master of ceremonies. He is the front man for another with more money and power. This is my analysis. It will take about 2 days to get the 3rd party.

Many described him as a horny guy. The mystery is why was the duffle bag in his department Chief Vehicle, when he was a single guy, he could have left it at home. Why would he threaten to kill Chris Loeb when he beat him over the thief of it. Seems a little extreme, even if Chris called him a pedofile.

I agree. He might have been in the process of moving it for another? Sometimes when people project themselves as being sexual behind their facade is just the opposite going on. Feeling less then and inadequate. People who are secure sexually are generally quiet about it.

James Burke took the duffle bag and it has not been seen since. He did not recover it as evidence, he recovered it so it could not incriminate him.

Since Burke grew up in Smithtown, NY and graduated high school in 1982, I found this site that lists his name. Just put in his first and last name and it comes up. In order to see more it appears one has be a member of the alumni.

But wouldn't they need the bag full of evidence to charge him. If the evidence was destroyed it's only the word of Chris Loeb as to what was in the bag. That is my concern.
