JUPITER ISLAND — Fire this morning destroyed a beach house recently purchased by golfing great Tiger Woods on Jupiter Island. (more at link)

Well that was luck - it was going to be torn down anyway.

He bought up several houses and is going to make a family compound. gee, each of his kids is going to get their very own house!

I believe that Tiger has put in his dues to earn his 100 million. I feel bad for anyone who has this type of bad luck..rich or not.

Normally, I get suspicious when I hear things like this:

"It's believed the building that burned was to be torn down or totally renovated." But, since it's Tiger Woods, I'm inclined to go along with the lightning theory.
