Somebody is speculating (based on the garage entrance video made by a witness minutes before the building collapse) that the floor to the laundry room could have collapsed first:

Surfside collapse death toll up to 95 with 14 unaccounted for
“I want to stress this is truly fluid,” she said. “We can only account for a missing person who may be deceased once the identification is made. So, that list of 14 includes 12 where missing person reports were filed with the police department and two other reports that detectives are continuing to try to verify.”

Correct from the next post. I think they cut that whole in the ground. On the rewind you saw them with a concrete cutter.

Yes,at minus 4 hours 50 minutes on rewind right now is when they sprayed the blue outline on the decking... and thenafter started the drilling (now is 1:21 pm... minus 4 hours and 50 minutes = ?? too lazy to calculate.. but on rewind at that time right now)

The rubble was also sprayed by the fire department, I remember seeing them hosing it down when the fires were igniting a day or so after the collapse.

I know that in a previous presser the Mayor said they are finding "remains," at this point. I took that mean that they are not always finding complete remains. They could have also found "evidence" or some personal belongings. What I've read they are taking everything to a location that is removed and locking it away for continued investigation.

Here's a source (apart from her own SM) stating that Cassie Stratton, who was identified yesterday, lived in apt #410. In your spreadsheet she's currently listed with another missing family in #412.

Around the same time, Cassie Stratton, who lived in Unit 410, awoke to the sound of cracking, according to her sister, Ashley Dean.
