Cruel, insane. They do this to the poor families of children killed at Sandy Hook, too. Isn't there some way they can be punished? Civil suits? I hate to think these victims and families, too, will have to face this insanity for years to come.

I never understood the Crisis Actor conspiracy theories at all. Do they think the massacres never occuured at all? That's all a hoax?

It is so cruel, as these kids are taking steps to heal and to help empower others. Im so glad the aid was fired, didn’t see that news Betty-thanks! Hopefully that will be a sticking point for CTs to think about as a consequence of punishment for their theories.

I'm with you. In the Charlottesville car attack that killed Heather Heyer, CT'ers said the whole thing was staged. The panic was scripted. The blood was fake. Oh, and what about those folks who went flying through the air after being hit? They were actually stunt actors. I even read that the driver of the car was a robot! It just gets more far out with each telling.

Cruz and his brother Zachary were orphaned last year after their adoptive mother Lynda died at the age of 68 from complications connected to flu.

Their adopted father Roger passed away in August 2004 after suffering from heart problems. Zachary is now thought to be living with a different set of family friends.

Cruz is understood to have owned several guns prior to his mother's death, purchasing a shotgun from Gun World of South Florida in Deerfield Beach in 2016 according to its owner.

As a special needs student, he has rights. In Minnesota if a special needs chuld is going to be expelled, there needs to be a court case.

Transferring him to a different type of school would have been devloped as a plan with his mother.

Then we he improved, he would gain the ability to go back to a regular school as the least restrictive environment. These are spelled out in PL 94-142. Public Law 94-142. This was made because parents want their children to have opportunities. And children used to be warehoused in institutions.

It is a complicated law which is made to protect the rights of students.

They just said on my evening news (Orlando Ch.9) that the shooting will affect the next couple elections here in Fl.
They will no doubt vote all the Repubs out. Could change the whole flavor of the state.

We know so little about what their family life was really like. Apparently there were issues that caused Lynda to isolate and for outsiders to question.

I wonder who paid for the funeral expenses. I’m glad that they were able to have a funeral and burial for their Mother.

Well, if that's the brother, then NC and the brother look nothing alike. Daily mail claimed the two weren't related at all (different mothers, different fathers).

Ugh. My boss is one of those people. And today he brought up “crisis actors”. I usually just roll my eyes and subtly change the subject, but I’m at a breaking point at my job anyway so I snapped back that he can believe whatever tin foil hat crap he wants but don’t discuss it in front of me. I’ve just about had it with conspiracy theory nutters in general, the ones who always have some absurd theory every time there is a tragedy... but accusing these kids of being crisis actors... I can’t. If I never have to read “open your eyes” or “wake up sheeple” in regards to a tragedy, it’d be too soon.

I can't believe no one is talking about how there was only one incident involving DCF and it was after NC was 18!

It's seriously hard to believe no one ever called DCF on that family while he was growing up considering there were almost 40 calls to police.
