There is a gun debate thread here on WS, just FYI. I personally am avoiding that thread at all costs, and am hoping the gun debate can stick to that specific thread.

Court documents reveal what could be in Lynda Cruz’s estate

Audra Simovitch said she believes Deschamps has Lynda Cruz’s furniture, an engagement ring worth about $5,000 and other jewelry, Lalique elephant crystal figurines, a grand piano, a Louis Vuitton wallet, Cruz’s credit cards and debit cards and personal identification, bank statements and other financial and medical documents and her 2015 Kia.

...

The attorney said she believes Lynda Cruz’s will does exist — while there have been claims it doesn’t — along with revocable and irrevocable trusts for the Cruz brothers. Also, Simovitch said she believes there are proceeds intended for the brothers from an insurance policy and money from an annuity.

Think of it this way. And when I use "your" and "you" I'm not referring to you specifically- people in general. If your sibling or any of your immediate family did something like this... The only blood family you have.. who you love and know more than anyone else. If your family member did something to this extent, would you do everything in your power to understand why? How? Where (exactly)? What was going through his mind? I think this is why he went to the school. I think he is dealing with a lot, and has been his entire life. I feel for him. He is a teenager and is looking for answers to questions that have no answers. He deserves to try to find out the answers to these questions. He has no one.

ZC attended Stoneman Douglas as well, right?

I wonder if he knew any of the victims.

I think Rocxy has spent some of the funds already. In my opinion she needs to be reckoned with legally.

Who knows what she could have prevented?

What are the details surrounding being at the hospital just at the nick of time? No one from the hospital has given an anonymous statement. Just Rocxys latest boyfriend C. Bennet who said he was there to see how sad it was?

After trashing Rocxy on CNN early on, Roger Gold has gone silent since she maneuvered her way to appealing as the estate administrator.

What happened with Niks meds?

Niks missing $3000- as per Rocxy it was just ‘ordinary identity theft’? What is ordinary about identity fraud?? To her it may be very ordinary because she has dabbled in it with a few mugshots to prove so.

She did not do Zachary any favors by letting him stop going to school at Stoneman prior to February 14th. He has not attended any school since then.

She has the key players conveniently severed from any contact while strategically concocting a victim charade. SICK!

Yes, and yes. He stopped going to school sometime between Lynda’s death and February 14th. A school official tried to contact Rocxy 3 weeks later to see why he wasn’t in school. Last report was she did not return the calls.

Considering that NC moved out of her house and hasn't been living there for 3 months at the time of the shooting, I find those ideas pretty ludicrous.

Would you care to elaborate or quote specifically who your response is to or referencing?

A man and woman were arrested Sunday after deputies said they stole dozens of mementos from outside Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, the Broward County Sheriff's Office said.

Michael Kennedy, 37, of Hollywood, and Kara O’Neil, 40, of Fulton, New York, each face a charge of suspicion of removing or disfiguring a tomb or a monument, which is a felony

https://www.google.com/amp/www.sun-...-zachary-bond-hearing-20180326-story,amp.html

Deputies from Broward and Palm Beach Counties searched the Lantana home where the brother of Marjory*Stoneman Douglas High School*shooter*Nikolas Cruz*has been living since their mother’s death last November, searching for weapons that he might use to possibly hurt himself or others.

They found nothing, according to court documents.

Looking at the Broward County jail inmate search Zachary is not being held jail. My guess is that since he has been Baker Act he is in a mental facility. On the Broward clerks websight thier is a document from the state requesting information information on all of his previous Baker Acts. They are saying there is more than one.
Maybe the state is not doing this to punish ZC, but to help him. Like so many have said, ZC is all alone in this world. If the state doesn't help him who will?
Someone needs to help ZC, and Mayne this is the only way the state can.
All just my opinion.

I found out where he is located.
"Authorities spoke with Cruz that afternoon at Broward Health in Fort Lauderdale to inform him of the search."

He is now listed back in the main jail. I did find the statutes that the prosecution has listed for the reason for high bond. Fl statute 903.046(2)(c and e). (2) When determining whether to release a defendant on bail or other conditions, and what that bail or those conditions may be, the court shall consider: c) The defendant’s family ties, length of residence in the community, employment history, financial resources, and mental condition. e) The nature and probability of danger which the defendant’s release poses to the community

The documents are pretty interesting.

Somebody with a brain and honorable intentions would be good for ZC. Otherwise, what is he going to do? He is a homeless kid with no one to guide him.

There are tons of kids in his situation out there, but not all have the mass murderer brother to add to the horror

He is only considered a risk to himself. Not others. I can't help but to think if he had a parent, they would be raising hell and things would be different. I think he's being handed a real raw deal

Well, Linda, when she was alive, called police to report on him just as she called to report on NC. So not sure what parent you are talking about.

The way I read & understood what mpnola wrote was that if ZC had a parent now, he would have someone advocating for him. I don't believe they were referring to the past.
