A friend's son was injured playing basketball, got hit in the side of the face with the ball, he bled very little. I don't remember if his nose was actually broken but they did "reset" it or something and put one of those band-aid things on him. He didn't even get a black eye from it.

Read the police report. Also, he was cleaned up by the SFD Rescue #38. #38's report is protected by HIPPA, so you won't see it in the media. So, are they in on the conspiracy too?

Point being that if he had been severely beaten as he claimed, photos would have been taken and released by now to reduce the tension. Hasn't happened. I doubt those rendering first aid would have washed his face and head and clothing. They disinfect, patch and bandage and check for concussions, etc.

As I have said before, photos must have been taken so we will see soon if Zimmerman had been injured at all.

As far as HIPPA is concerned, if Zimmerman is arrested, which I believe he will be, those records will be released at some point.

No, but his dad was a judge. If no calls were made to the SA's office on the night other than from LE then GZ's family has nothing to worry about. Just seems kind of strange the SA showing up at the scene so fast and the decision being made without a proper investigation. They did not even know if TM had a rap sheet. Given GZ's history of getting out from under charges it certainly is beginning to smell like day of fish. It's happened in the past why would things ever change. Some feel it's a benefit that goes with the job. But, IMO, if there is even a hint of outside pressure the FBI will find it. Who knows, just seems too coincidential. Human nature to try and protect your child not matter how old they get. Dad coming forward and speaking out now proves that. jmo

Jesse Jackson is a disciple of MLK, was there when he was killed. His rhetoric is no different. The vast majority of the country in the 1960's did not think MLK was for harmony, which is why he was gunned down. What makes Jesse Jackson any more of a divider than MLK?

Isn't Jesse Jackson the guy that is alleged to have... embellished some claims about cradling MLK as he died and some other events that day?

not meant to anyone in particular but the way this is being quoted looks like I said both things and I didn't. I am no fan of any racism but I also don't think reverse racism is an institutionalized matter in this country like racism against blacks and others is and has been. As I white person I am acutely aware of the benefits I automatically enjoy because of my race and I would be embarrassed to complain about reverse racism. I would ask people to try and separate the quotes-thanks!

I agree that it's odd. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm honestly not sure if a magistrate from Virginia really has that sort of pull in Florida. I'd be with you all the way if this occurred in Virginia, but it didn't. And it doesn't even seem like the father held that impressive of a title, to be honest. From what I understand, magistrates are a dime a dozen in the judicial world. Maybe I'm wrong.

Maybe you can help me understand this. Mr. Z claims TM was banging his head on the cement and I'm assuming that would have been with TM's hands. But GZ had no hair for TM to have grabbed onto which you might expect when you grab someone to bang their head. So TM would have had to had GZ's head in his hands which would, IMO, cause bruising to himself or scraping his knuckles at the very least. Wouldn't that be apparent after his death? jmo

NO... he could have had his hands on the side of GZ face like over the ears.
But the question I would ask about any of that was... IF TM was with his feet toward the
pavement and his head in the grass..(that is how he was found) then how did he manage to pound GZ's head.?

There are so many questions, so many including the autopsy report which will have information too.
I think we all must refrain from coming to conclusions.

How badly do you have to be beaten before you are allowed to stop the assault my any means necessary? Are you required to wait until your head is cracked open like a cantaloup? How many punches is enough?

That's what self defense is all about. You are not required to let someone maim you before you are allowed to defend yourself with deadly force.

Also, I think HIPPA requires a court order.

and I have been slammed into a sidewalk by my abuser I bled profusely for hours I still have the crack in my skull my head looked like basketball and I was hospitalized. I hit once and I was too weak to move at all a passerby saved me
