Buying or selling a minor for a sexual purpose and
Holding computer services liable for illegal pornographic acts committed on their servers

Not in state. Extradition is only for out of state. In state the other county has 5 days to pick you up and t doesn't matter how you feels about it. They can bail if there is a bail from the other county though.

Still no record for Jorge showing. How can they transfer from one jail to another with no charges? I guess you have to agree to go to the other jail, right? Typically they have a court hearing to have them transferred. But we've seen nothing of any court hearings, or charges. Strange, IMO!

It has to be illegal porn in some manner with a bond that high so it has to be some kind of kiddie porn or something to do with young underage children. I was just talking to my best friend this morning, and we both felt they would find kiddie porn on this guy.

I am so heartbroken to see all of this. The parents were right, imo, he had an abnormal attraction to little Diana since she was a young child.

I suppose Charlotte County is where the Feds want to pick him up since its a federal offense. They may think he would be severely harmed if brought back to Lee County.

My hopes are dashed completely for little Diana. The man she thought she knew, liked, and trusted was nothing more than a vile putrid pedophile.

His Facebook- to me -was porn. Anyway I think 20 years in prison was a lot-because the Subway guy had sex with minors and possession of porn and he got 15 years.

All of it makes sense to me from the abnormal flirty attention he gave a little 9 year old girl who is NOW missing to finding the worst porn (kiddie) imaginable. It all fits. Imo, he is going to fit in the category of an acquaintance who kidnapped a child he knew. I firmly believe Diana is no longer with us. These creeps have their way with their prey quickly and then snuff out their lives because they then become a liability.

It is very hard to connect even a guilty person without a body. So I am not shocked he isn't being charged with anything to do with Diana now. They only get one bite at the apple so they will wait until the time is right. Some missing body cases didn't even go to trial until many years had passed since the victim was last seen even though LE knew all along who the perpetrator was.

The investigation is just beginning. They will continue to investigate this case thoroughly and they wont stop until he is put in prison where he belongs, no matter how long that may take. IMO Meanwhile they will follow up on all tips and hope they can locate her one way or the other.

I knew he wouldn't talk and he isn't going to talk. He will continue to think his ace in the hole is them not being able to locate the victim's body just like Sierra Lamar's kidnapper, rapist and murderer.
