It was said when the cousin visited previously and took the gun, but apparently Misty thinks he could've come back and taken Haleigh. That's what I got from the report. The cousin wasn't mentioned by name, only that he's a RSO and from TN. :waitasec:

So there's a SO from TN that previously molested her plus a SO that is a cousin and in prison in FL right now ? I think this is too much for me.

Yes she talked to LE, but after Craig had talked to her. Listen to him talking about how him and his crew looked up so's online....and how LE showed her a pic...and she said it was not him.....listen to the whole thing.

When Geraldo asked Cr if Misty told LE he said "apparently". "We found a picture of TN So and showed it to LE , but LE showed it to Misty and she said it wasn't him." I thought it sounded like CR was trying to take credit for finding the picture first, but could have been that LE had already found the picture and questioned Misty. It wasn't clear to me. I tend to think GR and CR sensationalize

I don't believe it....I think it's bs. However it is a neat trick that the cousin who looks just like Misty who has been in jail since 2006 managed to break out to visit them, stole a gun....and then broke back into jail before anyone missed him....how did he do that? :waitasec: :crazy:

The same way that he is going to help the defense say that SODDI. It won't fly with reasonable people...but ONE is all they need. Watch for in this case...some "team" to come in and take over. It is coming. The Undisclosed person/entity has seen the writing on the wall.

We shouldn't judge. I have lived life at all stations and the one thing i learned is Do Not Judge. One can be affluent and a . One can be poor and uneducated and be a genuinely good person. There are all classes and stations. Some people have predators in their families and do not go on to prey on others.

I know we all want to justify and judge, but not all of us are borne into educated families or wealthy families.

I will reserve judgment. I will pray for this family and I am not a religious person.

Just know that not everyone is privileged enough to have food on the table every night or new clothes for school.

I think some have been brought up in a society that doesn't actually know of "the other side"

I grew up in GA in the 60's during segregation. I hated the white and colored waiting rooms.

I don't know what has transpired, but I don't think it was perpetrated by the immediate family.

I recognise the look on Misty's face. I have seen it in the mirror. She is scared and has been beaten down at such a young age.

I am rambling. I do not think these kids had anything to do with the babys disapperance. Only , maybe, by association.

It is a tragedy. Even though we do sleuth, we shouldn't judge by class or station.

Truthfully, I have read EVERY SINGLE POST from the beginning, and have been on here daily, but for the life of me, without a seperate place to keep track of all of the sex offending scumbags and brothers sister in law's stepsons, I cant figure out who the heck is who.

LE knows better. They still have the house. They still have evidence that has come from the house. There is still no child. They are more than likely bugged now..plus the tons of inconsistent statements..don't forget that they have not released any results from polys (and they would have if they passed), they have not cleared the family of any wrong doing. They are saying that everyone is suspect..now no ground searches..
They know plenty..I feel they are just waiting on those preliminary reports to come back off that block and the stuff they found in the house before they pull out the cuffs.
They are literally building a case before the chance of someone obtaining a lawyer..
ETA: Don't forget that Caylee was considered missing even when they knew what was in the car, they just had to wait for the official paper to say it..
Haleigh's case has been treated "AS an abduction" If it were they would say it "IS an abduction"

Do we even know what Craig R says is really what Misty said in the first place. Why would she point the finger at someone who is still in jail. Unless he was let out and put back in for a probation violation.

I did not look at his registry record yet. Then you have to take into account offense date with conviction date. Sometimes these cases take months and months to come up on the docket and IIRC they get credit for any time served prior to conviction.

Another cousin in the same family and only one got caught?

I can't keep up.

The TN part I don't get. I can't find the actual docs but the case had a date of 3/30/05 in Volusia County courts (Daytona Beach).

I'm thinking BS as well. Why would she allow a visit from someone that mom put behind bars and on the SO list? And then that SO steals a gun? What - did he just go rifeling through drawers and closets to find this "gun"? Nope. Ain't fittin'

I don't think gf has a clue!!! This is just my own opinion - I think dad did it and did it alone and gf is in the dark. Dad is lettin' everyone run with the abducted story. Leaving ditzy young gf in the dark just bolsters his credibility. I will gladly admit my mistake and apologize when LE decides to release dad's work hours for that night! Until then... I'll just wait.

Yeah, I was excited when I saw that SO listed in Brunswick, Georgia, since that is only 140 miles from Satsuma, Florida, but... no. That particular SO is a black male, so definitely not Misty's cousin. (I found his picture on another website for SO's.)

I think you hit on something we all could use. I know I have all kinds of repairs folks, carpet cleaners, delivery people coming to my home. I think we might be wise when we call for services to ask the first and last name of ther person who is coming to do the work. Soon as you hang up, check them out. Find out they are a SO, call the co back & tel them you do not want this person in your home & let them know why. I would take it a step further & tell them I would not do business with them since they either dont do bacground check s or dont care if they are hiring sex offenders.

I have been doing exactly that ever since I found out about this guy! It just never occurred to me that when I called someone to repair something or do my lawn or whatever that they may send an SO. After that I always check them and I can tell you, at least in my area, MANY of the SOs work for/own handyman, plumbing and ac services. (no offense to anyone out there that does that, just many of them are I think because all they need is a truck and a name to start a business.)
