1. I want to know the timeline in that home from the time dad dropped off the child, until the time she was reported missing. I think there are way to many stories floating around about how and when she was discovered missing.
2. I would like to know if they have solid proof that this child was in this home before dark. They must have the clothes she wore to school on Monday, or the dishes she ate out of, maybe signs of her homework being done, if her bookbag is where it would be normally...
My fear is that something happened before the gf is saying. Is it possible she wasn't watching her at all, and the child was taken, or wondered off, before sundown, and the girlfriend didn't know what to do until her man got home?

It might be important to look into whether or not the parents really were married. If they weren't then there may also have not been an actual custody agreement filed with the courts. I know in my state, if there was never a marriage, both parents have equal rights to the child. Also the document posted looked like a dismissal of a protective order... Maybe that was a bargaining chip for custody.

That's what it says on his Myspace. On Myspace profiles now, underneath your username it has your "real name" typed that you use when you register. It's a little hard to see on his profile because of his background, but if you look you should be able to see it. It clearly says "Chad" as his real name. You could try viewing it with a "basic page style" (without the background and everything) if you're using FireFox and you should be able to see it.

IDK about last name, but the myspace is def his. Same pics as guy on Moms and says Chad is his name.

What bothers me about the dogs tracking the scent to the docks. At least one of those children had to be there in order for the scent to be tracked. Has the father taken his children to those docks in the last week?
I pray Tim puts his side sonar in that river.

No, what it is is an application (or an "app") on Myspace. An "app" is basically something that you can attach on your Myspace page (they have weather "apps" that check the weather for you that day, they have entertainment "apps" you can add that give you the top stories, and then they also have game "apps" such as this one..). This particular "app" is a pet type thing. How it works is someone puts the "app" on their page (so, in this Case both Crystal and Chad did) and then they can purchase each others pets (it's a game) from that app. It does so automatically, or with a click of the button on the app that says "buy me". It doesn't mean he had any sort of communication with her on that day, other then pressing the buy me button. If that makes any sense..
