They've only lived there 4-6 mos., and when explaining why he did not recognize cinder block dad made it sound like he never spent any time in back yard (except twice to take vacuum down ramp to vacuum car). Neighbors reported Haleigh, her brother and their own kids playing outdoors after dad left for work, presumably that eve. So just where outside were they playing? In neighbors' yard? In Cummings' front yard, back yard? More importantly, was Haleigh seen afterwards? When did someone ELSE see Haleigh, (ie after dad said bye and left for work). Exactly what time was that, and when can anyone last place Haleigh after she was seen playing outdoors w neighbor kids? Maybe she disappeared earlier but wasn't reported missing? Just an idea, sorry if mentioned these are fast moving threads!! JMO

I am also of the mindset that the RSO's should be wearing an ankle tracking device. Especially the ones with a violent/predatory conviction. What is wrong with people? Have we gone so PC that we can't even protect our kids from these animals for fear of violating their civil rights? Sheesh

Did he serve time, probation,or fines. Thanks in advance if anyone can find out.

The perp with the directing kiddie sheet is 50, that original rap sheet was from 2000. Isn't 42 a little old to be getting started in the business? Where was he prior to 2000? Did he spend any time in jail for these offenses? He was given 5 years probation in in 2001. Probation would have been up for this, next arrest here was 2008 for parole violation so there must be something else after 2000-2001.

Well, I may be so wrong, but at this point I really believe that this is a family deal. I do not know which side of the family I think it might be, tho. Probably won't be changing my mind until more concrete information comes out. JMO, and can't help the immediate feeling I had yesterday hearing the 911 call.

The SO's are in the neighborhood, and I think all SO's should be given LWOP even for their first offense. They are worse than pond scum and do not deserve to breathe, IMO.

STILL LE will not come out and say that the Dad is cleared. LE is cleared no one at this time. Seems the GF is giving more details today. So I am still leaning toward GF knowing more than she is saying. I think this case will break soon. I expect to hear that these two have lawyered up anytime now.

GF is the only person who says she saw Haleigh other than dad. She says she put her to bed around 8, covered her up around 10, then woke up and she was gone.

The internet is a real bugger for these creeps. They can be TRACKED that way. IMO, he was doing it long before, just never got caught. THEN, he did get caught and received a punishment more suitable for stealing a case of beer from a gas station...2 years, a small fine, and probation. JMO, of course. :furious:

It's a PROVEN fact that these monsters do not change and in fact become more violent when they are released.

Why do they deserve ANY rights, damn it! Sorry, it makes me soooo angry to see someone jailed for sexual assault on a child in 2006 but is now out. Ankle monitors are completely civil compared to what I would suggest.

Thanks ladies, so if this was after dad left for work, then in other words we have only gf's word for it that Haleigh actually was accounted for and put to bed at 8 pm. Just saying if she wasn't adequately supervising, it is possible Haleigh wandered off before dark... but gf was afraid to report or kept hoping she'd come home or would be found. JMO
