-Crystal was not given a polygraph test yet. She knows the father and girlfriend were given polygraphs, but knows nothing else about it.

-Crystal has had substance abuse problems in the past, which is why she didn't have full custody.

-Crystal got a call at 3:49am from Ronald saying Haleigh was missing.

-The grandmother (Marie Griffis) thinks that the 17 year old had something to do with this.

-A few years ago, Ronald wasn't watching Haleigh while at his mothers house and she almost drowned in the canal. Crystal jumped in and pulled her out.

-According to Crystal, Haleigh is scared of the dark and would've never went outside that night.

-LE states girlfriends stories are inconsistent.

Thank you!!!

:seeya:

I think someone told GA that it would be good for him to help Haleigh's family. I don't know if I would want to talk to the father of a possible child murderer if my child was missing. I would think that support would be needed after we found out what happened.

It's a PROVEN fact that these monsters do not change and in fact become more violent when they are released.

Why do they deserve ANY rights, damn it! Sorry, it makes me soooo angry to see someone jailed for sexual assault on a child in 2006 but is now out. Ankle monitors are completely civil compared to what I would suggest.
Baffles the mind doesn't it? Why all of these offenders in this area anyway? Not that big of an area, where the heck do they all work? It seems like a disproportionate number of offenders for such a rural area, but I am no expert. I wonder why they are all there, and so many concentrated in a few areas. Whats the draw?

OK, G looks like a fool and LE has a right to be disgusted.
He's name dropping KFN, too. GIMMEABREAK.

Agreed...in fact in order to be a thorough sleuther I would think that all possibilities should be considered at all times. Am I wrong?

No, not wrong. Although I am weighing heavily on a stranger abduction, I'm keeping one eye on all the family members as well. LE said it best: EVERYONE is a SUSPECT.

Thanks ladies, so if this was after dad left for work, then in other words we have only gf's word for it that Haleigh actually was accounted for and put to bed at 8 pm. Just saying if she wasn't adequately supervising, it is possible Haleigh wandered off before dark... but gf was afraid to report or kept hoping she'd come home or would be found. JMO
:parrot:

Humm I always thought it was strange that she got up right before the father showed up, coincidence? Or was she planning to be "in panic" when he arrived, or when she knew he was about to arrive (phones him vs. 911).

Block props door open, in hopes she would find her way home and come on in? You may have something there....

ITA.
When LE rules people out, that will be good enough for me.

Hi I'm back for a bit, I haven't had a chance to read the 30 some odd pages that were posted in the past few hours.

May I ask or make a suggestion to those that are following information located on the myspace pages?

If possible can someone do some screen captures and also save some of the vital information to disc or their PC in case those myspace pages are locked down...which I have a feeling will happen soon once those people see the traffic that has hit their myspace page.

I'm really sorry, trying to keep up w all the reports, releases, pressers etc but can someone please repost (or better yet PM me) link to presser where GF is interviewed on camera? TIA!!!

If this becomes another SO crime, I swear, I am going to go scream so loud that someone in our dang judicial system will hear me loud and clear!:furious:

I live in the state of Alabama.....last night on the news they stated that a local lawmaker here was considering castration as a sentence for child sex offenders....that might work.

Ok after having seen this video of the girlfriend, I don't have a hinky meter going off anymore.....she seems young, immature, scared, and like she feels awful and truly does not know what happened.

Yes, we do have a different opinion. I respect you and how you feel as well.

For myself, I would just never want to be the place that is a good target and I feel in general people do need to be more vigilant because this evil is out there everywhere. We never know where they live or what they'll do next.

I agree with that and it's sad law abiding free citizens should ever have to fear for their safety. One way to stop this about child predators/pedophiles is the first time they are caught and convicted...whack 'em and stack 'em. Enough is enough.

Depends on who you ask, whehter that would help or not.
I say it's a good start.

snipped

STILL LE will not come out and say that the Dad is cleared. LE is cleared no one at this time. Seems the GF is giving more details today. So I am still leaning toward GF knowing more than she is saying. I think this case will break soon. I expect to hear that these two have lawyered up anytime now.

I agree. I thought from the start that the dad/gf are involved. We will have to wait for further updates, but I thought the dad was very hinky from last night's GVS and NG interviews. He barely looked up during the interviews. He also stated that he passed the polys with "flying colors", also the gf. Still no confirmation from LE that this is true. IMO, the gf is covering for the dad, rather than the dad covering for the gf. I hope I am wrong and she is found safe and sound, but I fear the worse.

First, Momtective, a big THANKS to you for taking the time to go, and post the links to so much valuable information. You're good.
Second, am i the only one who, after watching GA, thinks he is going to be the next John Walsh, only exclusively for missing kids, not crimes? He has the looks, the passion, and probably the desire to be as far away from home as he can. :) I see a future there, maybe he has found his true calling, no matter what happens with KC. I wish him well, he really seems like the only halfway sane one in the Anthony bunch.
