And I can't wait for the day for the Supreme court to overturn their decision and decide to place these guys on deathrow irregardless of whether they have murdered the child or left them alive!:furious:

EXACTLY! Because if they didn't this time, they will next time. And the fact that there are so many NEXT TIMES means that the current system IS NOT WORKING!

I guess you can only use certain kinds of guns to hunt during certain parts of the year? :waitasec:
I'm no expert, but that's my guess.

I live in the state of Alabama.....last night on the news they stated that a local lawmaker here was considering castration as a sentence for child sex offenders....that might work.

I go on record stating that I will move in a heartbeat to any state that has that law in place.

Okay, I am not a fan of KFN by no means, but since the authorities have said they feel this is an abduction, then the flyers are a good thing.
Honestly, just for one day, if 5000 flyers can be given to this community to help find this girl, I am appreciative of it.
Let them go further into debt, whatever, just give this family flyers of this little girl.
Local LE can ask these people to leave..Why haven't they done it yet? I feel that if they are giving the family flyers to hand out, and the community, then they just may be welcomed to stay as long as they are doing something productive. I don't think that anyone will be donating to them at all..hopefully not anyways! Hopefully LE will discourage donating to them..

The thing is, is many many people, even posters here, do not know that KFN is a bad deal and will donate thinking they are doing something good.

If it is true that it was an Uncle that did that to her then I have to say I am not suprised it was someone that she knew. I'd thought all a long that it was someone the little girl knew.

quote:
The GF interview seems all about me me me. Remind you of someone?
"“I was so shook up that night, I kept moving,” she said. “I couldn’t stay still. I was crying.”
Has she even said "please bring Hayleigh back" like everyone else has?? END QUOTE

I don't find this all this odd. She's 17, it's not her daughter. She may think she's in love with this 25yo guy, but deep down, she prob knows she's not going to stay with him. That doesn't mean she doesn't care about Hayleigh, but it also means she's not as attached.

I'm thinking of my 17yo step-daughter if she was babysitting....I think she would be saying the same things if she was interviewed. "OMG, I was so scared, I was crying, etc." Everyone who says things like that in a crisis isn't necessarily a "me me me" person. The other "me me me" person I can think of....it took a lot of other info before I came to that conclusion.

I'm not picking on this person's post in particular, I just wanted to point this out. I could very well be blubbering the same stuff if I was watching someone's child and they went missing...like I couldn't believe this had happened, how did this happen while I was in charge. Because I"m older, I would also beg for the child to be returned. If I was the parent, I would defintley skip straight to the begging stage. A natural mom reponse.
