According to Bay County Sheriff’s Office officials, human remains were found in Callaway near Fox Avenue off U.S. 22 on Monday.

Officials say that the remains were of one person. They also say a medical examiner is working to determine the cause of death, which they say could take time.

No other information was made readily available.

He went missing on July 14, 2018 from Panama City which is located 5-6 miles away from Callaway, according to Google. I think he could be a potential match for these remains, especially because his profile and the UID's profile were somewhat older cases and were both added a few days apart in 2022. Could be just a coincidence, though.

I wish the UID's profile has more details listed in order to compare the two..

Might not be the doe, though?

I think that JJT is another person. I found an arrest record from 6/26/2021 with the same charges for a JJT that was 28 at the time. There is also another JJT in Florida with numerous arrests, but the age/race doesn’t match the missing man. I think it might be a common name.
It could be just a coincidence that JJT’s profile was removed close to the Doe, though. I am not convinced it was him, there was just too little information available for the UID.
