How was she able to buy a handgun????
Apparently she was well enough to appear 'normal' on that day. This has me seriously doubting her insanity possibilities.

If I heard right she bought it in Pinellas---:blushing: nuff said
they did do background check on her
But no permit? No classes on gun safety?
Beau got shot on way to practice....was shot in mouth due to his "mouthy mouth"

I think she shot Beau on the way to practice and then quickly turned around to go home. When they got home she shot him in the mouth.
Not sure of the source, but it may have been said in opening this morning?

Personally.....I disagree! What type of medication is she on now that has completely eradicated her symptoms now....in court?
Tardive dyskinesia is a difficult-to-treat and often incurable form of dyskinesia...plus it is progressive. She would have visible symptoms today, if this was the case.
I don't think so. Just the waiting period which clearly messed up her original plans (as per her journal).

BTW, the DT's usually occur when an alcoholic refrains from drinking and is a symptom of the body's need for alcohol. She drank and "came to" (IMHO) after she shot her children and wrote in her journal. She also managed to put up the post-it notes after the car pool guy came by. Hmmm...
It is treatable though if it is caused by medications. Which is what I believe they said JS's is caused by.

I wonder who had the nerve to object to Col Schenecker and Nancy Schenecker being in the courtroom? So it's ok for the defendant to have family there for her but the kids should have no one sitting in that court for them?
Yes! It is treatable, but often incurable. It's a dopamine disorder...like Parkinson's disease....most frequently occurs as the result of long-term or high-dose use of antipsychotic drugs. But it is progressive....like Parkinson's Disease.
Was she on long-term or high-dose use of antipsychotic drugs?
For bi-polar disorder.....you are prescribed mood stabalizers, (e.g. lithium).....not antipsyphoctics. If she was on antipsychotics.....why?
And stating the obvious.......if she was so bad with the tremors from TD........how did she so accurately shoot her children???
