Oh that pie is already digested. I am missing seafood particularly shellfish. I miss good Italian food. I miss good Indian food. I miss everything that isn't Mexican cooking....LOL

Edit to add....I do love Mexican food though. Just am never away from it long enough to miss it.

Oh! seafood. The closest thing we have out here is Red Lobster. Last time I was there I asked them when they were going to have lobster for $4.00 a lb, like I read from Cap Cod back East. It takes 10 years for things that are in fashion to finally arrive out here. I don't think I want to wait that long but I did feel bad for the server he looked like 'what other kind of pain in the neck customer can I get today?'.

I'm going there for mom's day. I seriously doubt the lobster will be anywhere near $4.00 bucks...

OMG. The ABC feed started up again and JS broke down. You can't throw multiple choices into one statement like the judge just did and expect JS to comprehend it.

Nymeria I think I have placed both the owner and co worker of the gun shop. The two clowns who ran the kidnap scheme in the movie "The Suicide Kings'. The two that fought over the remote for the TV. What a pair...

Well, it appears he did make reference to when he handed her the cleared gun, her hands were "shaking." It appears this is all the defense will get... still, I'm disturbed at how poor and pitiful a job this court is doing in giving the public access, the ability to see evidence. I am going to contact them, Florida , obvi, is the most progressive state in re: to disclosure, so there's no need for us to be sidelined. What do you guys think? Such a disgrace, we can't see anything... the freaken flat panel tv is even positioned directly in front of the camera. Time for the Gajonka to activate some action!

Have a pleasant evening, thanks for all your wisdom! Fun afternoon with all of you!
xo

When judge asks #JulieSchenecker if she agrees 2 stipulate certain facts as true, she gives him hard time, he says he is not playing games

What did JS just say? DH was talking and could not hear. TIA

the ''stipulation'' is that the ''truth'' is that CS & BS are dead as of Jan 27 2011 - and that these are ''facts'' of the trial. I am wondering if that is part of the ''deal'' where this doesn't turn into a he said/she said circus...just the hard cold facts around the day only of the murders -- she's cheesed....

Judge tells #JulieSchenecker he is NOT playing games here! RE:stipulation. Judge takes another break. #ScheneckerTrial

This is the second time in open court, but outside jurors presence, the judge placed the stipulation to JS and she would not/could not answer yes or no as ordered. This angered the judge who made comment about not playing games with her.

That is one stern, no nonsense judge.

This is exactly why many people with Bipolar stop taking Lithium. It slows their brain process down, and makes it difficult for them to organize their thinking. The judge gave her too much information all at once.

It's called "being overwhelmed".

My husband is home today so missed watching it on the local tv, had to watch live stream. The one I was watching cut off and I missed all of the end bit about the stipulation. Is it still up on another live feed?
Ran over to abc and it's now at the seal...did I miss it?

:gasp:

Yes, all we have here in the Land of Enchantment is Red Lobster too.

Wonder what is going on in the minds of the jurors........

Precisely -- the defense made a show of trying to keep the interrogation out of evidence, but IMO this is some of the best evidence they have that she may have been insane -- moving in and out of reality.

She was whining too much...I couldn't tell.

Here is the answer:

Judge asks Schenecker to agree to the stipulation of facts. She says: “I’ve been advised to answer yes I understand” #ScheneckerTrial

I don't understand JS's reaction. Isn't the kid's date of death a given? Or is she still thinking they are going to come visit her in the slammer?
