Of course she shot him in the car. She sure wasn't going to shoot him in the house where Caylx could possibly hear it and try to escape.

Writes in journal that she'll send a letter to her friend Lisa on Thursday, so that Lisa could get into the bedroom through the master bedroom sliders (which were open at the crime scene).

Attny uses this to point out that it wasn't her plan for Parker to find them. Also, that she'd have waited until shortly before he'd have gotten home.

Plus the email she sent to the family that alerted them to call the police.

All good points on the Defense, IMO

It sure shows she knows how to lie/manipulate and create drama when it came to doctors.

A doctor would never give recommendations on how to commit suicide nor would they say it was ok to drink alcohol with her prescriptions either.



IMO

absolutely correct! if anything most health professionals calmly ask the patient if they have thought how they (the patient) would do that? (simply to determine if they were really entertaining suicidal thoughts)

Was there blood on her face? I don't remember anyone testifying to that fact. If she kissed her children, their blood would be on her face. I don't believe it. JMV

I never heard it in the testimony. I heard the robe and hands.

What aggravates me about her though, Abi is she acts like no one has ever shot someone in a car in broad daylight and that simply isn't true.

Other people have shot others that were passengers and no one saw or heard a thing. Heck even drivers have been shot and the people that were around them didn't even see it happen nor knew why the driver suddenly lost control of his or her vehicle.

BBM. Insane people don't first plan it out on paper. The "plan" included the final step of suicide and that's the piece she intentionally did not carry out.

She's a manipulator but she's not insane.

I don't believe I stated she was insane in this post, I was simply pointing out her journals & writing was nothing out of the ordinary, it's how the family communicated. I believe she's guilty of M1 100%

If this were really her last shot at Parker, if it were really revenge...she wouldn't have said the things she did in the journal.

Has it ever been said exactly where she was driving when she shot the windshield and then her son? I sure as H*ll would have hated to be driving anywhere near her and her stray bullet.. She could have killed someone else to.. either by gunshot or causing an accident...
