BBMRayne Perrywinkle's daughters walk to the car to go to the funeral home with their mom to make arrangements to bury their 8-year-old sister.
Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home is donating the funeral services and the cemetery plot to Cherish's family.
Donations are being accepted to help the family with other funeral items, such as the headstone and flowers for the service.
I didn't read that in his statement, sorry. Can you provide the link?
It is sad that people cannot put aside their differences for one day and allow Cherish the peaceful funeral she deserves.
Unfortunately, FB does not let one link to a direct comment on the page. Go here:

If you scroll down the page for a ways, she posts the email. She also welcomes the attorney to the group. I wish I could send you directly there, it's really easy to miss!!
It really bothers me that a murdered girl's funeral focus can be diverted. This should be about Cherish.
she could use some "help"- I have sent her here too
I cant read it can you give us non FBers a hint?
Cherish's BFF's father donated a car to them after Cherish's death. I'll edit with the link once I find it.
"Cherishs best friends parents have even donated a car. Bruce Conway says it may sound like a lot but he wishes he could do more to help heal Cherishs family.
My daughter is upset and so are all my other children," he said."

No worries- she found someone to take photos at the memorial![]()
Welp, I am seriously regretting opening up this thread today. Hadn't caught up with the case for a couple of days. The new details have made me nauseous. I barely even know what to say.
Though amongst everything with RP, it should always be remembered that without the offender this never would have happened. I'm still in disbelief at how devious and clever (in a bad way) he is.
Sleep well Cherish.
this won't be popular opinion but: i'm not too sure how I feel about the fathers' atty posting on FB about the case. I find it highly unprofessional and personally, I'd fire him. I'm grateful for the posts though, gives an insight to it all .. but it's not helping anything.
I agree with you here. If the father is paying him for his services, I wouldn't be surprised if he's just doing what the father is asking. Or, just trying to do whatever he can to defend the father. (It doesn't seem like the father is getting much of a voice.) However, I still think he should have used his better judgement and not post of social network sites.
With all that said, is this a thing now? It seems like a lot of lawyers are doing this. In the past few high profile cases it's happened with the lawyers! Sometimes, I don't like how social networking has changed the world!
