Could someone please fill me in on what's happening with DS? I missed him appearing in court. Is there going to be a trial? Is he still being held?

There were some people who attacked the group, sent very rude letters to BJ (Cherish's father) telling him that (in essence) that Cherish was better of dead, added some horribly abusive accusations, complete lies and absolutely really ignorant stuff to say to a grieving father who completely innocent.etc. That person came and attacked the group (an individual group members) as well so it was closed to keep people out. You can ask to join and will likely be admitted, if not PM me and I will speak with the admin of the group to admit you.

Pearson called police Sunday afternoon and told officers that Rayne Perrywinkle wanted to kill herself.

"Ever since Cherish was killed, she has lost her desire to live and has been acting out in violent rages," officers wrote in the report after talking with Pearson. He told police that she was throwing plates and cups against the wall, and he got hit by glass as it broke."

RP told an officer "She does not know what to do anymore, and she was not sure why she was breaking all the glass."

The officer determined she was suicidal and committed her to the Mental Health Center of Jacksonville under the Baker Act.

Pearson lives in Gainesville Florida and no longer "dates" ( his word ) Rayne- according to his last MSM interview, so how was he in Jax to get hit with a glass??

The kids are in foster care- so I do not see a reason for him to be in her home, even if he was in Jax to see the girls.

How far is Jacksonville for G'ville? Also does anyone know if whether of these 2 has a vehicle now. According to the link below, the parents of Cherish's best friend donated a car to them but RP doesn't have a license and AP has a history of selling stuff for a quick fix so did they ever get the car license insured, legally, etc or did they get it and sell it, or what?

Oh and she will be tested for drug during her "Baker Act" mandated stay. But I doubt we will learn the results of that due to HIPPA laws.

The trip is 1 1/2- 2 hours with zero traffic. It can be of indeterminable length due to the traffic and accidents on that route.

Smith is being held in jail without bond. His next pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 4. A tentative trial date was set for Dec. 14.
