History around the event: Crack cocaine smoking every 5 minutes, unable to sleep. Also drinking, doing xanax, valium, lortab; experienced hallucinations.

Well, that explains it. Abnormal drug interactions/allergies.

He's working hard at saying things. I don't know what he's saying, but he's saying a lot. Is anyone getting the gist of this?

:toastred:

I'm at work until 9pm. It's only 5.12pm currently. I'm not allowed to drink wine at work for some reason :tantrum:

The brain abnormalities discussion is making me zone out, but there are a few parts that the witness has pointed out as being abnormally enlarged and likely became that way when DS was in utero.
ETA: Now they are discussing brain parts that are abnormally small.

In a nutshell Dr. claims killers brain was not properly hardwired.

Hippocampus ... reminds me of Jodie Arias days...vomit

Is there any documented records about these heart attacks? Is it based on his reporting again?

  • #1,168
Sorry Dr. but it has been evident from the get go just how aware killer was of all his actions. Especially evident in how elaborate his ruses were in getting a victim. And covering up his crime.

He did meet with DS. DS claimed "crack-cocaine turned me into a monster"

Damm. Then why the he!! did he keep doing it? I'm sure mommy would have paid for more therapy and Club Med. Does the defense think the jury will buy this garden fertilizer?

It seems like the defense spent a ton of time and resources preparing for this sentencing hearing since they had 0% ability to do anything at the verdict phase of trial. Even if their chance at sentencing was minimal they had 5 years to prepare for this and this is all they could really prepare, IMO. Not enjoyable for anyone involved, including DS (which makes the tedium worth it to me, he seems to really be suffering waiting for his sentence).

Oh, guys. The state is going to have so much with this guy.

Defense asks, he goes to jail for a sexual crime gets out, does he learn from that? "Not with a brain like that. Or, if he doesn't learn, this would explain why."

We literally do NOT know enough about the brain to say this with certainty, ever. I hope they tear that statement apart. What nonsense.

Now discussing brain areas indicated on the MRI that show traumatic brain injuries.

I'm not buying the "crack made me do it" excuse either. Sure didn't see him step out to take any crack during the Dollar store video, nor at Wal-mart, so it certainly wasn't every 5 minutes from the time he started stalking Cherish and her family. His mannerisms in the video screamed "stalker" and not "crack-head" to me. MOO

I'm actually laughing at this comment. Of course he learns. He may have problems with his brain, however he is also Anti-Social Personality. He doesn't care about other people. That's not a learning thing. It's a psychopathy. He has no regard for anyone impacted by his actions.

Now looking at additional MRI images.

Accidents were self reported too

Wait... there is no way to diagnose CTE in a living patient, right? Is this not widely known?

I fell off my bike too :drumroll:
