So, I sincerely hope that this witness will be wrapping it up shortly so we can at least get 1 more witness in today. Something tells me that they won't be going "overlong" today after all.

It was the DCS recommendation that he didn't meet the requirements to be committed. Prosecutors would not have the opportunity to object to that, because of their ruling.
