I wonder if the defense is truly making DS's experience real for him by giving him a prison-issued lunch?

There was a bar/restaurant where counsel used to wait for the verdict to come in, close to where I worked. It was called: "The Jay Bird Cafe"

Defense will call a total of 5 witnesses today. Donald Smith Jr, son of #DonaldSmith, is expected to be the final witness, and will testify via Skype @FCN2go

So there are two more witnesses and then the son, correct?

Juror wanted to ask question of a witness

I'm getting a test pattern -- circa 1950's

Judge wants to find out what the question is since they haven't had the opportunity to ask questions.
It's in their instructions if they have questions to let the judge know.

Sorry, too late in the game for this

State continues to object to juror question, but defense wants all info available to answer questions. "Perhaps it was answered and they just missed it".

I was responding the same time BUF was...but I too have had no luck with LawNewz today. Been on WAT with no issues all afternoon.

I'm very curious about what the question is!

They just asked if they were allowed to ask questions.
Judge says she will answer them that yes they can ask questions.
For the record she wants to know what the actual question is.
