That's a good bit of time. The rest of their experts ranged from no time, to only a few hours. They must feel pretty strongly about her testimony. I think only the son is after her?

After those 100 hours, she can buy that little chalet in France. /s

Premature would be determined by the number of weeks, not the weight of the baby
(ETA: Premature is born before 37 weeks; preterm is born 37-before 40 weeks; term is born 40-42 weeks; postterm is born after 42 weeks - I'm in birthing classes every Monday night LOL)

This sounds like some old cheap romance/tragedy novel.
What about the sad conditions that prevented Cherish from having that new dress?
State objects as to relevance.

Mother wanted to give up DS for adoption because she was a single mother living with her parents; did not want him raised how she was raised.

I was adopted. So what?
Dang

I assume this witness is in lieu of his mother testifying

DS did not know of biological father until he was 9 years old. He thought his maternal grandfather was his father (also his namesake, "Donald")

Viola? or Violetta

Violetta rings a bell. She was a real weirdo -- made me shiver and made me laff, too. She was just plain odd.

At 9 years old DS found his hospital bracelet from birth and asked about the last name on it, at that point his mother told him about bio dad.

Do these "mommy made me do it" defense strategies ever work?!!

She was an awful witness and in my opinion did a lot of damage to domestic violence survivors with her bs testimony in that trial. Juan tore her apart too.

What's the 3x written on his shirt? Certainly not the size...

She refers to DS's mother by her first name, too. Very chummy with the family. I wonder if she's paying this expert's bill?

Looks like DS attempting to fight back "crocodile tears". For the jury of course.

aaaaawwwww.... his parents didn't love hi, enough? Witch, PLEASE. someone please stop me from slapping a b....

"He has reported.."

There has got to be a record for "self reporting" in this case.

Alice LaViolette, the long-winded Jodi-fan, "scientific" witness
