FL - Coralrose Fullwood, 6, found murdered, North Port, 17 Sept 2006

Thanks for the updates River Rat. This case is such a sad one and to make it worse is the knowledge that those responsible are still out there and able to prey on other children as well.

I really appreciate the updates RiverRat. Coralrose deserves justice and I hope it is coming soon.

O/T I posted once on another thread this morning and was forced to refresh and log in again before I could post this reply....is anyone else having the same problem?

Detectives make arrest in 1991 cold case

CHARLOTTE COUNTY — A Charlotte Correctional Institution inmate was charged this morning with the 1991 slaying of an elderly Port Charlotte couple, officials said.

A grand jury indicted Jeremy Sly on Wednesday in the first-degree murders of Paul and Rita Stasny, 71 and 69, respectively, Assistant State Attorney Dan Feinberg said.

Paul and Rita Stasny were shot to death in their home at 1484 Frisco Terrace.

The same night, four members of a North Port family were killed in their home a few miles away. Luis Villegas Jr., 37, and three of his stepchildren also were fatally shot.

Sly has not been indicted in the Villegas family murders, but North Port police believe the cases are connected and want to pursue them one at a time.

Here is the one post that Ellen made here where she mentioned the North Port Police Departments stats and why I added this news from today regarding the 6 murders in 1991.

We would prefer to be angry with the murderer(s), however the police have not given us the oppurtunity to know who was involved. therefore we are angry with them. I believe it is called displaced anger. The North Port police have a very poor record when it comes to solving murder 3/8 in the history of the town (50 yrs or so I believe). Someone can find and post the link to the article that researched the statistic.

and please my name is Ellen or Ellen-Beth, NOT BETH. Beth Fullwood is my sister in law.

Also since I have never spoken with you all prior how can you deign to decide that we are not grieving enough for you? We do not belong to the Jerry Springer school. Our pain in private. Hiding in ladies room stall to cry silently because the buffet had buttered mushrooms (her favorite). [one example only of a several time a day occurance].

:blowkiss:

I noticed that there was a new post or two recently by Ellen where she flat out states that Dale will never receive forgiveness for his sins, so I have to at least give her kudos for that decision.

I will do my best too keep up with the local coverage as I do know how many here care about CoralRose and and concerned over just who hurt her and her family.

Thanks RR. i have been ill, but checking in. I really believe this story would be forgotten if you did not keep us up to date... Just heartbreaking. Also Dad saying mom on a thread so what... She is not looking at 🤬🤬🤬🤬....

Well, I hope that your posting is a good sign that you are feeling better, MooseLover! Your support is greatly appreciated as no murdered child deserves to be forgotten. The reports are slowing down for now, but as witnessed with todays arrest, one never knows what is around the corner.

I think that we can all agree that comparing the computer activities of the parents is apples & oranges......but, with the numerous issues already on board within that family, there were far more pressing matters that needed tending to. If I had already faced the possibility of losing my kids to Family Services, there wouldn't be a take two or three, and my life would revolve around preventing that situation from ever happening again.

It's good to be back on duty! Love to all!

RiverRat, I also wish to thank you for keeping us up to date on this case. So very sad. Hopefully, justice will be served for this child.

RR,

I really appreciate the hard work you put into keeping us updated about CRF. No murder child deserves to be forgotten. Thanks again.

Thanks River Rat. I'm glad Ellen-Beth ( not Mary Beth, and sorry I kept calling her that) has unsupervised visits and is fighting child 🤬🤬🤬🤬. Hopefully the murder will be solved and the kids can live with their mother soon.

"He got out of bed first not me. I was sitting with September, whose b-day it was that day, showing her the guitar I had ordered on ebay for her. Ilon was sitting at the table I believe. Emerson was in fornt of the TV and Aleena was standing by me. We all know you would love me to have been involved. You have made it abundantly clear. You have been polite about it, but the inference is clear. "

I have a few things to say.

#1 the "guilty" plea- THERE WAS NO GUILTY PLEA. I agreed to work a case plan to get my kids back, the allegations by the department were dropped, and my children would be safe. The official term is "CONSENT TO CASE PLAN" Remember any verdict by the court would have pertained to BOTH parents, not just one.

#2 NPPD abd FDLE- As i have stated many times, I feel they are doing their utmost best. My anxiety is that they are no better than Boulder and therefore their best will not be good enough. I believe it was in VERY poor taste to ask for such enormous raises at the particular time they did.

#3 Please anyone show me where I lied!!?? or any family member lied??!! Except for when I first tried posting as NO1Noz and I attempted to be given the same benefit of anonymity that you all enjoy. I cannot remember one instance. Please enlighten me.

#4 New posters. I learned many decades ago in grade school that to join a group one must earn the respect of the group first. One should watch and listen and even internalize some of the groups mores (pronounced mor-ays- customs) I think the problem with many newcomers is that they do not believe that they should have to expend the same energy here in cyberspace.

#5 my identity- my identity has been confirmed by the Herald Tribune and released to the public in the newspaper. My family member's ID's have been confirmed by me. Nuf Sed.

#6 I freely admit that I was a bad housekeeper. I have stated that prior as well. I worked close to 100 hours a week and when I was home I enjoyed playing with my kids not cleaning up after them. That was wrong and WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

#7 My choice of a large family- I have every right to choose the size of my family. Each child is a blessing from G-d. And I have 2 autistic children not 3 or 4. Get your facts straight.

#7a LE- please remember my father was a cop. He was beaten almost to death in the line of duty in 1970. Has been on disability since 1973 because of it. In pain daily because of it. MY FAMILY IS FULLY AWARE OF THE DANGERS LEO LIVE WITH. We also personally knew people who became cops for the power it bestowed on them, not to help society. Remember the saying "those who trust you least are those who know you best."

#8 This message board has been a great source of comfort to myself and family. Even at the very beginning when most posters saw me as horrible for being slobbish. Even when my choice of nail color and my hat wearing (yes a religious/cultural obligation at that time) was the butt of very nasty jokes. Somehow the fact that complete strangers were talking about my dtr was comforting.

#9 To those who post both friends and foes thank you ALL for caring enough about my Coralrose's short life to take the time out of your lives.

"Interesting reading for those interested in actual facts. Those who view child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 are nothing but predators in training. That was one major thrust of my meetings with lawmakers and executives in Tallahasee.

Ellen"

:behindbar:

Her husband was viewing kiddie 🤬🤬🤬🤬 so that would make him a predator in training?!

At some point, the child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 viewers may go past the training stage.

I guess this bunch didn't bother to check with the experts who have said that the majority of those who like child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 have already molested kids. It was also said that some may try and view child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 in an effort to keep themselves from attacking another child. I'm not sure I agree with this part. I think they view in order to get themselves excited and that they will continue to molest children maybe even quicker than viewing nothing.

CoralRose's mother has shared a new picture that she is happier with as for some reason, the original school picture upsets her for some reason.

Ellen-Beth Fullwood filed for divorce against her husband, Dale Fullwood, in Sarasota County Circuit Court.

The paperwork was filed and summons issued on March 27. The Fullwoods are the parents of 6-year-old Coralrose Fullwood, who was found murdered near their former house in North Port on Sept. 17.

The couple have not lived together since last October when Dale Fullwood was charged with two counts of possession of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Police say they found the 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 on his computer during the police investigation following the homicide of Coralrose.
