Found Deceased FL - Damion Tillman, Keven Springfield, & Brandon Rollins, massacred, Frostproof, 17 July 2020 #2

Booking Sheet dated 8-17-20 states Wm Robert Wiggin's Marital Status as S. In Florida, there is a 3 day waiting period after applying for a marriage license. In addition, both parties must provide proof of marital counseling.

They're not married. He wasn't out long enough. LOL

I don’t think it was so much evidence but simply a violation of bond. No contact means no contact. Tough concept to grasp for some I guess.

What happened was Robert was bonded out by his dad, and was staying at the property where they were arrested. TJ called 3 times I believe to talk to his dad, and Robert spoke to him. From what I was told, Robert said a detective kept bringing up his son (who's 3) and one of them made the comment "if Detective ____ doesn't stop talking about RW (3 year old), I'm going to kill him".

From what I was told, Robert himself is looking at 15 years per accessory charge, plus 5 years for one of the others. He has a pre-trial hearing next month (day before his son's birthday), but I'm not exactly sure of the day. 28th? 27th?

From my notes Robert's hearing is on 10/27. As is MW's.
TJ's next is for the assault charges on 9/15.

I don't think tracking all that is necessary unless you just want to. I wasn't sure what hearing you were referring to and so much is intermingled. It makes me wonder if the plan is to get everything done at the same time.

Only for *Tony Lee J. “TJ” Wiggins, Jr. (26) aka John L. Wiggins arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) with 3 counts of 1st degree capital murder, tampering with evidence (F3), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (F-2) & possession of ammunition by a convicted felon (F-2). Plead not guilty. Held without bond.

Hearing was cancelled due to attorney ethical conflict. 9/10/20 Update: No info for murder charge. Firearms next pretrial conference hearing on 10/27/20.
*Arrested & charged (3/14/20) & arraigned (6/5/20) with 2nd degree aggravated battery (person uses a deadly weapon) & 3rd degree aggravated assault (deadly weapon w/o intent to kill). Plead not guilty. Bond $6K. Bonded out on 3/16/20. Bond was cancelled (7/22/20).

*Charged (8/17/20) 2 counts of nuisance injurious to health. Misdemeanor case for the living conditions.
8/25/20 Update: Arraignment hearing 9/24/20 @ 8:30am.
*Charged (8/13/20) with 2 counts maintaining hazardous waste without permit, 2 counts of nuisance injurious to health. 2 counts of illegally possessing a shopping cart, 1 count of refusal to sign citation.
8/31/20 Update: Pretrial conference hearing on 10/6/20 @ 2:30pm.
*Charged (4/17/20) with nuisance injurious to health, unpermitted storage of waste tires, prohibited open burning & open unpermitted landfill.

All of these nuisance charges may well be punitive but I don’t see how this serves the taxpayer with all of the court costs. It’s not like the guy is going to get out and repair the problem or pay any fines.

What I posted was out of one of the calls that were made, where Robert spoke to TJ. It was first hand information that I was told.
