Speaking of Robert, I recalled that he was recorded talking to TJ in jail while he was on bond -- with their father promoting they talk to each other about the case and Robert not testify against his brother.

I missed this article from July 27, 2021, about Robert's bond hearing. Seems he was not only non-compliant when he was out of custody but also while he was in custody! Reportedly, Robert also used the jail email system to email his mother where she would facilitate communication with TJ by copying portions and pasting them in her emails to TJ. This family is something else!

"There is no way to ensure the integrity of the judicial process under pretrial release conditions because Mr. Wiggins was being held under pretrial order and continued to violate the order of the court while in custody” Gravitt said Tuesday. “If he can't follow the order of the court while he’s in custody, I certainly have no assurance that he would follow it if he was out of custody.”
