It’s hard for me to look up things on my phone. Anyone able to see if Robert or Mary go to trial next month? My fiancé just got a jury summons and it says to report to highlands county court for jury questioning, but it also has if you need disability assistance to contact court in Bartow.

I do not have any trial dates for either Mary or Robert. TJ's is on 4/3/23.

His summons shouldn't affect anything, the trial is set for Polk County, not Highlands.

Thank you. I didn’t think it was any of theirs. He wouldn’t be able to sit on a jury for them anyways because he knows all about it lmao

Post #871 & #872 for Mary & Robert are still the same. They're pre-trial conference is 9/20/22 at 1pm

*Pretrial Conference Hearing (re both cases) (@ 1pm ET) - FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23) Keven Michael Springfield(30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof) - *Mary Clare Whittemore (27/now 29) TJ''s gf arrested (7/21/20), charged (7/23/20) & arraigned (8/24/20) with 3 counts of accessory after the fact of a capital felony (F1). Plead not guilty. $45K bond for accessory ($15K for each count). Must wear GPS monitor upon release. In custody.

Plead not guilty. Bond $45K accessory ($15K for each count), $1K for tampering & $500 ($250 for each count) for nuisance. Bonded out, all Surety bonds @ $46,500 on 8/7/20. Violated bond conditions, back in jail 8/20/20. Bond denied (7/27/21) & denied bond (4/18/22).
