They were just in court Friday so it probably won't update until later in the week.

Friday, January 13th:
*Motions Hearing (Murder) (@ 8:30am ET) - FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23), Keven Michael Springfield (30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof) - *Tony Lee J. “TJ” Wiggins, Jr. (26/now 28) aka John L. Wiggins arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) & indicted (9/30/20) with 3 counts of 1st degree capital murder, tampering with evidence (F3), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (F-2) & possession of ammunition by a convicted felon (F-2). Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Trial set to begin on 4/3/23 with jury selection.

11/18/22 Update: Next status hearing on 12/9/22. 12/9/22 Update: Murder: Motion in Limine re: General procedures. Motion to declare 982.141(8) Fla. Stat unconstitutional & for pretrial deter of Adm of all victim impact. Motion to prohibit the State from using property & cause Challen to strike jurors. 12/12/22: 2 Subpoenas served. Motion to strike trial date, motion for calendar protection & motion to continue trial & incorp. mem. Supplemental discovery. Next motions hearing on all pending motions on 1/13/23 @ 8:30pm & status hearing on 1/27/23 @ 1pm. Firearms: Next status hearing on 1/27/23 @ 1pm.
*Arrested & charged (3/14/20) & arraigned (6/5/20) with 2nd degree aggravated battery (person uses a deadly weapon) & 3rd degree aggravated assault (deadly weapon w/o intent to kill). Plead not guilty. Bond $6K. Bonded out on 3/16/20. Bond was cancelled (7/22/20).

11/18/22 Update: Mandatory docket call hearing vacated, next status hearing on 12/9/22. 12/9/22 Update; 12/12/22: Motion/Order to transfer-Div F1. Next pretrial hearing on 1/24/23 @ 1pm.
*Charged (12/29/21) & arraigned (2/1/22) with battery on a LE officer, Michael Felton Sumner on 12/27/21 did actually & intentionally touch or strike Sumner. Plead not guilty.

Dates of hearings are still the same but they have filed to have an extension due to volume of documents in discovery.
